Had a quick spin on my mates 36er bike on Friday.

Being as I've only ridden 26" wheeled bikes before it was a bit different! Rode very smoothly, but had to get used to the long wheel base making it hard to lift the front wheel. The gyroscopic effect turning corners was odd until I started to smooth out my steering inputs.

Entertaining, but not sure they're going to go mainstream anytime soon....
