    I have recently had Hip Flexor issues, and the recovery was based on strengthening the hip flexors and all the supporting muscles. The physio prescribed the following exercises which over a month or so have resulted in recovery =

    Single leg bridge
    Single leg squat

  • We havd Android phones, tablets and an iPad, however we’d like something to rip all our CDs, and transfer all our photo’s from SD cards / phones / cloud to a hard drive. Therefore it needs to work with an external CD drive. We won’#t be editing photo’s, just transferring files, and playing back music.

    The Latimeter only works properly if you wear it on your right 🙁

    The position of the pressure sensing hole means it gets blocked on the left and means you consistently miss about 20% of your total climb.

    We had all our rooms skimmed and they looked lovely, until cracks started appearing a few months later. Even when we took some walls back to the bick, boarded and skimmed, cracks can still appear.

    So IMO wallpeper, but if the plaster is wonky underneath it will still look bad, so skim, lining paper then wallpaper.
