Flux of Pink Indians. I love their early stuff but this … no
The F C treat us like P or the F P treat us like C

Just flicked through, as a long shot, to see if anyone had the same album in mind.
    Two shouts! Three now.

Cider. 11 litres concentrate. 1 jar honey. 2 tsp Super Wine Yeast.
Will yield 20 x 500ml bottles @ 7.5%. ½ tsp sugar per bottle for a bit of fizz. Dry.

And you’re making that comment on here. Yeah, right. Think about it, son.

    Saved by the gender/bigot kerfuffle…

Anything made by Sonos, or Bose, or Apple. Laptops, tablets, smartphones, 5l Beer kegs, Camelbaks, dry ciders with sweeteners. What the ‘Car’ guy said up there. Oh and the plastic bottle guy. Taxes, or if not feasible, then tax dodgers. Greggs, Advocaat, cucumber.

They reject all photos unless you do them in a photo-me booth btw!

Just done mine. They rejected my photo booth picture but accepted the one my son took on his mobile in my kitchen…

DB Poweramp to rip, Winamp to play

It’s all personal choice of course. I’ve always used Winamp for over 20 years and I swapped to DB from Audiograbber about 15 years ago. Just go with what feels best to you, they all do the same thing after all…

    £45 for this Trailstar Mk1.
Dumped the knackered XCMs, gears, mech disc brakes.
Threw some Holy Rollers on, few bits n bobs here and there and there you go.

I like to drink bottle conditioned beers so pint pots are essential for pouring in one go (for 500ml bottles). I’ve probably got 20 or so pint glasses of different shapes/branding. It’s also nice, but not essential, to drink certain beers from their own branded glasses, Kwak, Westmalle etc.

How many people would want to live in a world where such freedoms were taken from us

Some people want the freedom to fly to Benidorm, some people want the freedom to throw carrier bags in the ocean. I guess you draw your own line depending on how long you want the earth to continue to sustain life…

My Dad was an FAO with GMP, I’ll ask him if there was any set procedure for dealing with animals, should see him this week.
When he was at MCR Airport, I know he was armed with an MP5 (9mm) and a S&W Model 10 (.38).
He never said anything about being trained with a .50 cal…

I used to have a DX394 and spent many hours listening to various SW stations from around the world. Particularly South America. I don’t really remember any frequencies/wavelengths but I do remember this quote of unkown origin which I believe to be quite true: “Listening to shortwave can make significant changes to your perception of the media.”

    Enjoy your radio…

Before my son left I was charging him £250 on his payday (every 4 weeks). I wasn’t in a position to be able to save any of it for him. I wouldn’t go too low, they need to get used to giving up 75% of their wages when they move out…

You need as much as you can get for the right price. I’d try and get the VM price down using the method above. It’s just as easy to get the hump with any of the providers.
I can max-out my 230mbps connection downloading from an .nzb server with just half a dozen connections but I guess the actual speed of a large download is only as imnportant as how quickly you want it to complete.
I’d say even a 75mbps fibre optic phone line will be struggling in a couple of years time.

That is not “a pint” though is it!!

When you pour it into a pint pot, it’s about the same as a ‘pint’ in most pubs…

I’ve never understood why the draft beer in Sinclair’s has always minged.

It’s not cask conditioned for a start. It’s the only SS pub I know that sells keg OB.

If you get frustrated with people who drive slower than the speed limit, then you probably shouldn’t be driving. There’s no place for frustrated drivers on the roads.

Generally just stick to the guest ales in Spoons @ £2.19. Maybe drink Holts or Sam Smiths (but not in Sinclairs) in other places. Or will go in Costello’s if I go to Altrincham. Don’t normally spend over £3 for a pint. If someone asked me to pay over a fiver, I’d be leaving it on the bar and walking out of the place…

Spend a day on Ynys Gifftan away from all the idiots on holiday, you’ll need a tide table as you’ll have to go and come back at low tide. Also, try Cnicht or/and the Moelwyns (from Croesor), less idiots on holiday here, or maybe Moel Hebog (from Beddgelert). Stacks of walks to do. If the weather’s good, you’ll fill the time no problem…
