Also, when checking speed on a PC/Laptop, use an app such as ‘Speedtest’ rather than a browser, as the browser is likely to throttle the rate. Especially if it’s Firefox.

    I dunno. They’re all a bit naff aren’t they?
Maybe Food For Thought by UB40. After all, it’s OK to own their first two albums isn’t it?

I got the Salter twin drawer one, I think it’s 7.4l across the two drawers. There’s only me and my lad here most of the time so the size is perfect. I wouldn’t say the results are amazingly superior to traditional cooking but it definitely cooks quicker and a lot more efficiently so will probably pay for itself in time (£129). Done full chickens, thigh fillets, burgers, pork belly, roasties, proper chips, frozen chips, hasselbacks, fish all very well. Easy for lad to use on his own too. Basically, if it can be cooked in the AF, it gets cooked in the AF. Simple to wash by hand (no dishwasher anyway). Would recommend for sure…

Yes. Not been on a plane since 2008 and got rid of my last car in 2012 for exactly this reason.

I use the Marantz CD6007. I can not fault it in any way. I’d pay the 379 to get a new one with warranty & stuff. But of course, there are used bargains to be had…

The Ex. Never really got them, but when they played with Chumbawamba at Cloud 9, Manchester in 86 or 87, I was converted. Loved most of their output since…

Thought about, just for the craic, dropping in some albums that I know people on here will love but looks like I’ve been well and truly beaten to that scheme. Cards on the table, I love ‘The Crunch-era’ Rah Band stuff…

Pair of nubuck Cats or something?
And wear a band T shirt. No point in conforming to some ‘I don’t conform’ standard.
The more you show you just want to be comfortable, the more people will expect it from you in future…

Happy SW150 owner here also. Paired with some Diamond 9.1s.
Just coming off the amp speaker outputs, two channels into one.
    Works well, sounds great.

I guess everyone has their own set of programs they add to a new installation.

    I’d normally go:

    Firefox
    Classic Shell
    Img Burn
    Irfan View
    7 zip (or winRAR)
    Winamp
    QbitTorrent
    SLSKqt
    VLC
    Audacity
    DB Poweramp
    Handbrake
    Karen’s Replicator
    SABnzdb
    Python 3

    Pretty subjective stuff…

CD copy of “Echoes of Anguish” to complete the discography. Yeah I know it’s likely being re-released next year, but I’d like the original disc.

As above, on a PC using FBP or Social Fixer, along with uBlock Origin and only adding people you know and like to your ‘friends list’, makes Facebook quite a useful tool. I have created accounts on other platforms like Insta, Twitter etc. but I rarely visit them.

It would never have occurred to me to draw any sort of connection.

Indeed. The equivalent of posting a ‘what car’ thread on the same day that someone has been killed by an idiot driver (every day).
