    Cheers folks.
Kiwifiz – it seems to be from the kneecap itself or tbh just above the kneecap slightly to the outer side (of my leg).

Thoughts are with you mate, dark times. If it really gets to you don’t ever be afraid to talk to someone about it, I’ve had to, never thought I would but so glad I did.

Never weigh myself. I wear relatively slim t shirts and shirts so it becomes obvious to me when I need to lay off the food and wine for a bit!

My wife has never learnt to ride a bike. I tried teaching her but it didn’t really work. Seems to work fine for us though – I have ‘me’ time and she takes that time to watch shit on the box that I can’t bear. Quite happy with that really.

Didn’t get on with the queens so recently changed to hans dampfs and much prefer them, lighter, roll well and easy to set up tubeless, find them much more predictable in corners ( but that’s more a personal preference). Size wise the hd’s are wider than the queens but not as big height wise. Big tyres though!

I’m using serif web plus at the moment for a new site – its basic enough for beginners and can be had for a reasonably cheap price in eBay, amazon and the like.

I have some evo hans dampfs and there was no leakage at all. In fact they stayed up without stans.

Don’t know if the menus different on ps3 to bluray but I go to options – then search then search for the name if what you are after – much quicker than using their somewhat clunky menu.

Hmm locked myself in a room and went on a four day solitary cocaine binge.

    Odd times

(edit – I do recall what seemed like a lifetime’s worth of cold pizza in the room, which was a bonus)

Chop your feet off a couple of inches above your ankles, should fit fine then, although you may of course need spd stumps.

Horrible things swans. Right angry little fekkers. At least the rest of the wildlife makes an effort to blend in to the countryside but no, not swans, they’re white they’re hard and if they don’t break your arm the queen will.

Another here. No aches exactly but don’t get going on rides for a good hour most of the time. I figure I’m just not a morning person!

He could do well but will need to be given time – something that’ll be in short supply. He’s done well at the swans and they’ve played some good stuff this year and let’s face it Kenny was looking more the mad tramp shouting at the pigeons with every interview. He’ll probably do well but I guess that depends on what your view is of doing well.
Overall I’m lukewarm on this one…… But then I am an Evertonian ;)

Don’t ask me – I invest in nice bike parts – they have a sell on value right? They unfortunately seem to wear out too!

Tried flats this winter and am back on spuds. Really didn’t get on with them but it’s a personal choice I guess. I’m no riding god and I’m never going to be so it came down to enjoying my riding and if I enjoy spds more than flats it’s good enough. Can see some advantages of flats – the main one being having more freedom to move your body/feet in corners but for anything else spuds felt more natural and connected for me.
As for being better for bailing out – I can’t say I have to consider bailing often enough for that to be an issue (that’s jinxed it).
In summary – go and try flats but don’t get concerned about which is better- just go with whatever makes your bike riding enjoyable.

Top bloke – as mad as a bag of burning badgers – but in a good way!
Always had good service shop wise and a good bloke to drink beer/s with – even if I can’t remember the conversation the next day!

They are comIng off a brand new five in favour of something that I’m more used to tyre wise. Email Daniel-power at hotmail.co.uk if you are interested – I can always arrange pics.

Cool . I’m there during that time as well and will be riding with Oliver at least a couple of times. Feel free to give me a shout if you fancy some company daniel-power at hotmail dot co dot uk.
Forgot to say aswell – have a peek at kandani bike shop’s Facebook page and they’ve uploaded loads of routes.

Oliver at ibizamtb is a great guy to ride with. Did a couple of rides with him last year and am planning another couple in June and September this year. Also worth trying a club ride with kandani cycles if you are feeling fit. Just pop in the shop in Santa Eularia and they’ll tell you what evening.
Some really good riding to be had out there but best to be guided to find the good bits :)
When in sept are you there?
