I use a busy road instead of a cycle path almost everyday, purely down to pedestrians that can’t work out the difference between cyclepath and pavement. Takes much longer getting to work if you’re having to stop for pedestrians every few yards

Never had an issue with Head Doctors.

Plenty of al frescopoops, as I used to spend a lot time carp fishing and often there was little choice.
Best not to position yourself near stinging nettles I’ve found. Toppling backwards with your pants round your ankles stings the sack and crack a tad.

Did that once at some traffic lights. Thankfully a friend was there to help untangle me and lift the bike off me – unfortunately he forgot I was still clipped in and just started dragging me along attached to the bike. As if it wasn’t embarrassing enough!

If you want nice beach, watersports and somewhere quiet at the same time – in the height if holiday season, you are going to struggle. Most places with nice beaches etc will be busy for that very reason. You may have to compromise and either stay somewhere less quiet or find somewhere nice and quiet, probably with a better standard of accomodation but outside of a beach resort, meaning some traveling to and from.
Also have you considered a villa , if accomodation us causing an issue?

Lots of false widows outside/inside the brickwork of our porch. They keep away from me and I keep away from them – so all is good. They don’t pay rent though but I’ll let it slide.

He got found out there. It’s been coming as well IMO , for all the hullabaloo around his previous fight he didn’t deserve to win that one either. Probably not career ending as a lot of fighters will fancy a poke at him now and that’s his chance to claw his way back – Mayweather is a no no though , he’d knock his head off !

Track cycling
I’ve never been in so much pain and knackered both physically and mentally. Don’t actually know why I’ve booked in to do it again to be honest.

After today’s ride at FoD I am fully converted to the hans dampfs. Awesome tyres.
