Dry it out. Wash it with some waterproof friendly agent (tech wash or similar) dry it out again and then put back in the wash with some water proofing or get a waterproofing spray and dry out once more.
Used to happen to me a lot when I used to do loads of carp fishing, it's the drying out inbetween that's s pain. It's only worth the hassle on more expensive tents though IMO.

Not seen the film but in the film the guy can only turn in one direction. I have issues turning right when on the bike and a couple of friends picked up on it and a nickname was born.

Good on you. Saved yourself and possibly others from a knife weilding nutter. Nowt to feel guilty about. And next time you by a beer think if it as a free one, paid for by the money you nearly lost.

Hmm you say your ass has sidewalls, you are possibly confusing your ass for a tyre. If you've used the track pump on it that could be the issue.

Going to be running Nobby nics snakeskin 2.4s on crest rims. If anyone has dcperiance of them. No idea if it's true but I heard that the gas cartridges do bad things to the latex? Suppose I could use a cartridge for getting it seated , loose the air then add latex and pump with the track pump?

It's fine to look once and if you don't get clocked then repeat until clocked. Looking after being clocked the first time opens up all kinds of possible scenarios- usually the one where you are presumed a pervert.
To be able to repeatedly look without being clocked you must first become a master of the "stealth perv".

Quite often take my bike into shops. Normally don't walk round with it though just leave it inside where it can be seen. Clearly wouldn't be feasable in a big supermarket but tesco express yes. Never had a problem or been told not to

Think you can get a train from port Talbot to maesteg and then it's much nearer and just down the maesteg road down to glencorrwg.

Apologies on my spelling of welsh names if they are wrong!

not exactly walked in on but…..

Friend of a friend used to work out of Poole on a fishing boat. On the way out to sea one day he needed to lay a pipe so grabbed the usual toilet bucket, and went round the side of the boat outside the cabin and kegs down did the balancing over a bucket at sea manouver.
What he hadn't accounted for though was the ferry packed with tourists that then floated past that side of the boat with hundreds of people laughing and pointing. Mid curl the best he could do was grab some worm ridden newspaper to cover his face. Although it didn't stop him being recognised by some of the tourists in the pub on his return.

I have found full length to be far less hassle to be honest. Had no real problems with interupted cables either but full length is easier to install, and vitually maintenance free.

    Thread title deserves some credit.

That's some cool shit as well, although I can see me remembering about that when drunk sometime and thinking it's a great idea.

= just the ticket , cheers.

Chakaping. To me at least roadie tops are tight fitting where as mtb tops are usually a looser fit , plus most things roadie are typically quite loud and covered in advertising. Nothing wrong with that but I don't feel like looking as if I'm in the tour de France at the trail head, especially as it may give the impression that I'm fast , which I'm not :(

Yeh endura do seem pretty good. My club jersey is made by them but am getting bored wearing it. Also have a cannondale top which is years old now.
    Anyone tried these? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=9343
very short sleeve looking but nice for summer perhaps, and seemingly a bargain

Glad to see Baines going. Probably won't see much game time if cole stays fit but he could come in handy as he takes a mean penalty.

Still a bit unsure about James in goal though.

Love them. Can go to unbelievably low pressures due to the height of them, they are massive! They grip in corners fantastically and haven't had any of those p word things (can't say the word it'll jinx me) am considering running them tubeless though. Really sturdy tyres.

Whilst taking the track pump off the valve on the rear wheel on Monday it occured to me that as I was having to use so much force that it would send my hand into the rear cassette if I wasn't careful. I was right.

I also recall using the lumphammer headset instalation tool earlier this year not considering the alan key that was hiding between the top tube and the carpet resulting in a nice chip out of the paint on a brand new frame. Bugger.

I got rumbled for doing some fettling in the lounge the other week. It seems some fork juice may have come to rest on the laminate floor and turned it into somthing ice rink like. Oopsy!
