How about not sticking your hands out when you fall. I learnt that one the broken wrist way.

Saw a deer trotting along the pavement here in Bournemouth nr my house last Xmas eve. Didn't seem that odd as it used to be all fields round here years ago before the houses went up but it did occur to me after that the only way it could have got to where it was from the river/ nature reserve would have been to use the subway. Which would have been a strange sight.

I had to cancel my pre order with Roger a couple of weeks ago due to the wait, not his fault though he's being messed around by the suppliers if you ask me.
Got some mavic xm719s on pro twos from merlin instead.

Anyone ever done any riding on formentera , I've walked and mountain biked mist of the south of Ibiza but haven't ventured to the other island, although I've heard people say it's good.

Always ask and have always been asked. In fact I've only twice had to face a walk home with the bike and on both occasions I've been offered a lift by fellow cyclists that just happened to be driving by (both times I declined as I was close to home by then – but nice to get the offer) . I'll often carry extra spares on rides incase someone else needs it- if we as cyclists can't rely on each other for help then it's all gone wrong.

    Same as panda,
I'm sure I'll tinker around with bits some time and put the forks on another frame- so it's nice to know I'll have the option with a bit of extra tube

I don't use them all the time, but do for trail centre type rides. Thankfully I've never had to test them properly but they do give a little extra confidence to go a touch faster!
Also when I do wear them they are reasonably comfy so much so that I forget they are there .

That place rocks. <no idea about the current condition of the trails though>

We'll be fine. Going to have to record it though and try and avoid the score til I get home. At least cwm carn may be quiet!
Fancy us against the Germans though.

One got stuck in my cycling glove last year, which made for an interesting few moments.

Yes they'll go up but not yet, quite possible that we'll see some movement next year although it is likely to be a prolonged period of smaller rate rises as opposed to a short sharp shock, particularly as the recovery is likely to be fragile and the fact that inflation is expected to fall back significantly. Today's budget will also lessen the need for rate rises by effectively taking money back out of the system.
It's all guesswork though – I doubt the Bank of England even know when they'll raise rates yet!

The superstar organic pads felt great but were made of cheese. The sintered ones last well even in the winter but don't have the same bite. The Kevlar ones are best of both worlds though and the current set are lasting for ages. ( they are also red which means you go faster)

Mine took ages. First impressions are good though.

I usually ride the Coastal paths in the south and the forests to the north of santa eularia . Some of the Coastal paths are superb, although a bit much for the hire bike last year so am taking my own this time. May try a ride with these guys as well http://www.ibizamtb.com/index_eng.html

    Hmmmm. Cheers.
Am just weighing up the benefit of running tubeless or not. (it's new wheel time) stans rims on pro 2s are out of stock everywhere so do I wait for them or buy some non tubeless now. Incedentally it's not as if I suffer flats often so that benefit isn't an issue.
Ho hum .. What to do?

Lot of things to take onto account.
Do you have relatively high cash flow each month, or a large cash savings sum which you don't want tied up? Will you use the overpayment facility? What tax do you pay and of course what sort of size mortgage an no of years?
They can work very well for people that will actually use the offset and overpaymnent facilities but they do come at a premium as far as the rate is concerned. I often find that whilst they may save money through interest and tax for people that they are often better going for a lower rate without such facilities.
As said above though speak to a qualified mortgage advisor and they'll check all this and work out what's best for your own circumstances.

Cheers all. Quack recomended colfac so am giving that a go and to be honest am much improved, if still a little fragile today. Am kind of on a self imposed salad and fruit diet until it's gone again as well. Behind hungry doesn't half get me down though.
Definately need to work out what the trigger is though as I can't be dealing with this shit to often (excuse pun please). So far I'm thinking stress or coffee. It's not alchohol – otherwise I'd have it every weekend , pasta is a possibility though – really hope not though! On the good side appear to be oranges , they're about the only thing I can eat without feeling ropey at the minute.

Thanks for all the advice though.
And lol @ maxray I have both types for sure!

Cheers all. Like the idea of turmeric, although I'll admit to googling it first incase it was a windup! Curry to fix your gut? Surely not. But I may try that. Also I may leave the pasta and bread alone as well, which is a shame as carbs make up a big part of my diet.
Not on any medication at present. But am off to see the quack in a mo so will see what they say. It's annoying as they say excersise is good to prevent it and I cycle 6 days a week and it's only now I've got it again that I don't have the energy to get on the bike. They say stress can cause it and if there's one thing that makes me stressy it being hungry – so a double catch 22 really as at the moment I can't find any food that agrees with me.

Slot dropout inbred? Supposed to run 100m forks but mind are 120 and if anything it rides better. Otherwise there's the 456 but it's heavier and not a slotty- unless of course you go for the carbon 456 – which I think also has changeable dropouts.

I'm really looking forward to it tbh. Have always been into football and whilst I don't play anymore I'm an avid follower of my team and the game in general. Plenty of folk don't like football and moan like hell every four years . Well it's only once every four years they have to put up with it and only once every four years I have to put up with their moaning. So I'll enjoy it, they can whinge and that'll be it til 2014.

You get what you pay for with insurance.
I found the best option for me was to get my home insurance without worrying about the bike and then got bike insurance through Evans. All in all it's probably £5 more each month than if I did it combined but my bike is covered for much much more, the main thing being most home insurers don't cover sports equipment whilst in use where as this does.

1st thing that springs to mind is if another cat has come in through the flap and sprayed in that area. Your cat could be dumping there to mask the other cats smell . This though results in you smelling both spray and turd, the former being the real problem as quite frankly it mings.
Other than that it coul be that one of your cats is unhappy with it's toilet options outside. One of ours only dumps right outside our back door , think she doesn't have much of a patch compared to the other cats as far as teratory goes. When I tried to stop her from crapping there she went in weird places so I've just let her get on with it and put a load of bark down by the back door so it looks better than a litter tray. Might be worth trying something similar.
Lastly if you want to stop them using that spot in the kitchen again just leave a couple of oranges sliced in half there. They won't go near them.
