My father is a massive Dylan fan and has seen him many times live. He went to the Isle of Wight festival and saw him there when they had the real Hells Angels running security.

Best thing to do is pick up some of his greatest hits albums and what ever track you really like the sound of check what album its from and listen to that.

Yes of course it should, but I would guess they would only perform the check if the shifting was playing up.

Re-bleed with the adjuster in the full slow position and that should sort it. If you bled with the adjuster full fast the system will not have enough oil in it for you to see a difference when you adjust the knob.

I saw pictures of the main actress last week and was gutted as shes in quite a lot of silly teenybopper movies. After seeing the trailer WOAH!

    Looks fantastic.

OP did you completely take the uppers apart. Thats is to say did you remove the rebound damper out of the leg. If you just removed the compression damper and then tipped the oil out of the leg then I would bet there was oil still left in the leg when you added the 123ml, even if you cycled the rebound damper oil can still be present. This would then cause the problem you are having. Tip out the oil remove the rebound damper and start again.

If you have already done that in the first place then double check the oil levels chart as they differ from year to year not dramatically but enough to cause problems.

Yes thanks tried all those z1ppy.

amedias. the actual band has snapped like I did it up too tight, but I didnt, just enough to keep it in place. I was riding along and heard a ping noise and then realized what had happened a short while later. Now its still on the leg but bouncing around and getting on my tits.

In the new kits they supply a new black plastic ifp and they do fit the old model ive done it. They seem better in fact

You will need to buy the full kit as you wont find the specific seals for the seal head off any seller on ebay unless they are selling those specifically.

To understand how it works more betterer you can look at it like this. When a Rockshox fork is locked out (non bladder lock out like in the newer models Pike etc) there is a lot of pressure on the compression dampers bottom seal and also on the rebound dampers seal head seals (inner and outer) because the oil is trapped in between the 2 dampers and the seals have to hold it in place. Well thats similar pressure to the seat post that is basically constantly locked out until you need it to drop. The oil (when you sit on the saddle) is forced against the seals in the seal head. Over time and use these can fail or begin to fail and slowly allow oil to move past them and cause that little drop and squelchy noise you have. It can only be sorted by changing them over. No matter how good they look you have to remember you are dealing with massive pressures inside a very small space so looking by eye will mean very little.

Oil on the stanchion when taking it apart would indicate faulty seal head seals.

Could be a number of things and yes the lever and hose are independent. When the button is depressed it forces oil trough to move the post head poppet which then allows the post to move up and down. If the post head poppet is in place then no oil should be able to escape from the post when the remotes not connected.

You went to all the trouble to completely strip the post you should have got a full service kit and changed all the seals. Just because the seals look new doesn’t mean they will still work. I don’t know but could be that under pressure the oil is coming out of the inner seal head.

Ive fitted the Easton carbon vars to my Jekyll and removed the 2x and replaced with an absolute black 34 oval from CRC to make it a 1 x 10. Can not notice the difference in the shape of the chain ring at all. Pedals superbly, I am mega glad I switched. Took it for a quick spin up a few hills and feels great to pedal, the 34 was the correct choice, I think the 32 would have been too easy for me to pedal. Saved over a pound in weight too, pimp gold KMC x10SL still on its way from China though. Super glad I purchased the Jekyll, pedals like a much lighter bike, I am blown away by it.

The easiest way to sort a spinning nut is to get a small screw driver and with the forks upside down press the screwdriver blade up against the threads (be sure not to mess the threads up by pressing too hard).

Then start to turn the nut. Once the nut starts turning, if it gets stiff and harder to turn with or the screw driver starts flying off, put the screw driver blade under the nut against the crush washer as if trying to levy the nut off the threads, this should be sufficient enough force to stop it spinning. I have a small Snap-on spoon that I use, its perfect for the job.

Remove the valve with a socket (10 or 11 mil) and inspect the seal, if its ok grease it and replace. I would replace the valve core also as a matter of course.

Make sure on the phone or live chat is better (you get through to someone from India they are desperate for new sign ups) that you are unsure about signing up because things are tight with the bills yadyadyada. Tell them you really want to join but need a big discount and tour friend told you they had a 70% discount in the packages. That’s what I did and got 60% off. I’ve got the the full entertainment package and sky movies for 12 months for £18.80. I’ve had the basic broadband from them and it was good but I got a wicked deal on fibre from talktalk for 18 months just paying line rental. They have terrible customer service though an absolute nightmare.

I got mine from the States. I know its out of the country and all that. But it came in a week and is superb value for money, I am extremely pleased with the set. And not just a Fox fit, it fits just about all eyelet sizes and you dont need a vice either.

Look, there’s much more to the film than a bit of Kryptonite being used and like I said thats practically a given since its Supermans only weakness.

Only a complete idiot would have been surprised to see it in the film. I didnt exactly expose the films plot by my comment.

Thanks Eddie I’ll give that a try. I got to say though the bike pedals much lighter it has amazed me. I’m just going to take off the cranks put a 34 oval ring on and remove the front mech and shifter. I’ve got an x10sl chain from KMC coming too. I’m tempted by some easton haven carbon bars, CRC has them on clear out £53 for a set of 740 wide.

Tubes weigh about 200g each, have you gone tubeless. And did you take the crank set off your self to convert it to 1 x 11 because mine is so tight it’s like it’s glued on. I can not budge it, it’s ridiculous.

LOL, I know right. Kryptonite used to fight Superman. Shocker.

    zer0c00l44

Due to Supermans arrogance at him being basically indestructible he didn’t expect what Batman did and by the time he breathed in the Kryptonite gas it was already too late. I will say him breathing it in a second time was reaching a little.

And I know every thing there is to know about Santa Claus aka Father Christmas so save your breath dude.

Plausible, yes in so much as when I first heard the idea of Batman fighting Superman I thought it was nonsense, Superman would destroy a man, no question. But the way Batman went about it and had him beat I thought was plausible.

Ive got a set of Easton Haven carbon 26 and there is a massive difference over the aluminium ones I swapped them out for. 1400g the pair, massively stiff, turning and acceleration blew my mind. Ive ridden them through hundreds of rocky descents including rim dinger in BPW and have had loads of rock strikes and while there are cosmetic damage, thats all it is. No gouges to speak of, not even light scratch. They are bomb proof.

It all depends on the quality of the wheels you buy I suppose, obviously lower end carbon wheels are not going to perform any where near as good as the higher end models. So if your going to compare ali to carbon then the quality has to be there from the start or its pointless.

Ive been looking at a set of American Classic Carbonators in a 27.5 as I cant afford forking out for the Eastons again. They look awesome and are a great weight. And American Classic make quality wheels so cant see these disappointing at all.

I watched a midnight screening of this Thursday/Friday and really enjoyed it. Superb from start to finish. Affleck is excellent as Batman. I even thought Wonder Woman was cool and she is one of the lamest super heroes ever.

I dont understand the bad reviews, its a super entertaining movie and very plausible, which surprised me to say the least.
