I've had a short ride on one,be careful on sizing, the test bike was medium and I felt cramped I'm 5'10".A bit pricey, but lovely looking bikes. I rode a green one and they've got a "natural" carbon one in the shop

    There's so much(better)riding than FOTD,but you need localknowledge,or a guide.
Iwouldn't travel too far for FOTD,even when it's all open. You'll have better local trails …..hopefully.

Can't remember the exact weights and don't really care, but the 575 is lighter than the P7.

A bit of Durutti Column does the trick for me.

It's a trail centre so it doesn't really matter, unless you're up for the win, then you wouldn't be asking the question.

I hated all that Blood red sky/Joshua tree guff.Achtung Baby is almost a great album.

    Steak,medium rare,with a fried egg on top.
    Thick cut marmalade on toast.
A decent quality pork pie, with mustard and Branston and a pint..Titanic White Star would do the trick.

Rode all through the winter, nowt needs replacing. If you wait for decent weather in this country, you'd either,a)never ride,or b)be so unfit, that you'd be unable to ride.

SPDs for me. Didn't take long for me to get used to them. I wouldn't dream of using anything else.
Can fully understand why people don't like them.

That's why I buy from LBS. No faffing.

I bought some Facom and Motion Pro tools when I rode Enduros(motorbikes). The Facom socket wrench in particular is still a joy to use.

Singletrackworld can be a really arsey place….and then somebody comes along, who's struggling with life and the sound advice appears.
    Good luck for the future.

I'm with Soul Rider. A great line from 3rd Rock From The Sun…."I want to have babies like the humans….and pay complete strangers to look after them.
What amazes me is,people think it's perfectly acceptable to pay somebody to look after their child, less than the parent is earning to do a far more important job.
There's logic in there somewhere.Or not.

Only one of the above, but still made me smile.

Singlespeedstu, who are you?I used to be well into my Enduros…..not to that standard though.
One thing that put me off Trials, was the waiting around at sections. Used to enjoy watching the local stuff.Manchester 17 used to run some great Trials in the Peaks, including evening events.

A really nasty injury, but there was no intent. Shawcross is a top quality defender and deserves his England call up.
Wenger and his players let themselves down once again.
I hope that Ramsey makes a full recovery. He is a fine player.

I enjoyed both races. Haslam was fantastic and those Althea Ducatis look quick!

Had mine done on the NHS,seems pointless paying for it. No problems, physical,or psychological(?). My GPs mate(another GP..)did it.We were nattering about cricket as he was snipping. A job well done.

I rode a bike fitted with dual controls last week. At first I couldn't shape, but after a couple of minutes found it really intuitive, similar to changeing gear on a motor bike,or a sequential 'box .

Sram, here.Don't clock my miles, but would estimate that I've done over a thousand on the current one.Like Taff,I do look after my bike.s

I like Hope stuff. I've got C2s that I've had since my early days in mountain biking. Never given me any problems and you can still buy spares for them if they were to develop a problem.
2 Hope headsets, that ,as an earlier poster mentioned, are fit and forget items.
    Hope LED4 light,on it's 2nd winter and I ride every week.Superb performance and reliable.
Makes me happy that it's made "just up the motorway",by chaps doing proper work.No country can survive on "Service" industry.

48 here, fitter than ever and enjoying my riding more than ever. I'm not that careful with my diet, but don't eat crisps,McD's etc…but I do enjoy a curry and a nice glass of beer.
I'm better on long Peaks/ Lakes rides, than quick blasts around the local woods…but I've always been slow.

Fizzer, they are indeed top notch.I've got their brakes on both of my bikes.Their LED 4lights and various hubs, and head sets. Great products from a great company.

Sounds like a 25 to 30 quid job, although it's difficult to be accurate without seeing the house. That's a hefty increase. I've been doing it 32 years. Winters don't usually faze me too much, but this winter is dragging.
Are you an English man living in Wales?

    You don't need UST rims
Some tyres will not seal properly "off the shelf". Stick a tube in,do a ride and try again.
    Good luck!

Singing and goth don't easily sit in the same sentence. One of the best unintentional moments of recent history was when The Doors invited Ian Astbury to join them…..begged the question, had they ever heard any Cult/Southern Death Cult records?

I think the Porche looks goodin the mags, yet to see one in the flesh.I'm sure that any of the above would be a pleasure to own.
Back to planet earth,I've been looking at cars with my lad.Saw a new Nissan Cube.Loved it.

Didn't like it when ours occasionally did it,ours weren't clingy kids.Didn't have them in the same room when they were babies. Our kids are profoundly deaf ,so talking to them was difficult.
We're all different and get through it the best we can.

Hora,if you can find a Puma that you like, buy it. Some folk go overboard when baby number one arrives. We had a 2 door Metro when our eldest was born. That was wrecked by a Frontera(when my wife and son were onboard). We then had a Fiat Cinquecento, which served us well. Even went on holiday in it.
My own search for a car isn't going well. Planned on visiting the local VW,Toyota and Ford emporiums on Sunday. Started looking at rows and rows of VWs,lost interest and went home.
Not vain,as the above proves, just want something half-decent before I'm too old to appreciate it.

Kevin dead simple. You can ru your current tyres tubeless.
