Skateboardy games used to be brilliant..?

Skyrim is great fun, though some killing bits are a little bit violent… I think you can turn that off in settings. And its cheapola now!

Very nice! Great ride, good description!

I’m super nosy -what’s the inside of the Upper Lunch Hut like?

Edit to add – the Spitall place is entertainingly like something out of a timewarp, but in a good way 😀

I think they might be a bit big… Time to drink another beer!

edit – what did you use to poke the holes in? The guide I read uses an awl, maybe one of those pins with the plastic handle would do the trick?

I couldn’t work out where my post had gone, and the nice pictures 😀 This topic is a repost for some reason…

I have one of these… Pocket Stove titanium which is super light! You burn sticks, or those esbit tablets. You can fit a wee meth burner in there as well.

Edit – there’s a steel version which is cheaper. The whole thing folds almost completely flat!

You can get Heinz ‘5 beans’ as snack pots now; those as beans on toast with loads of ched.

Oh, and the chili doritoes, but with the M and S dip 8)

I hope you find it! My one is only 6 weeks old 8)

Besides making a huge ostentatious effort should get you some brownie points!

(and before I take it off I put the loo seat down and put all the plugs in)

There is a variation where you stick a can of beer up the turkey – as the heat increases, the can explodes, marinating the turkey. You’d think the shreds of metal would hurt your teeth though…

You can get a good deal on selection boxes too 🙂

Edit – when do they break out the festive emoticons around here?

You get a stripped down version, front of the thighs to over the knees… Rain Legs I think. Seems like they might do the job.

I did find that Caterham’s are fairly easy to attach your bike to the back with 🙂

Still not had the new bike out yet, so another go round the house. Stopped for a cup of tea and biscuit halfway through.

There’s some nice ones on Minx, like this Gore red jacket[/url] ; the people who run the site are dead helpful with sizes etc if you email them.

The Rig sevens are great – lots of bits to attach guy-ropes too. Sold out again I see though! 🙁

The trick is to ride on nice flat terrain that doesn’t bang the chain up and down!

Not a huge fan of the logo – but I reckon a permanent marker or a wee bit sandpaper would do the trick 🙂

Still waiting for the 650b version ofc 😀

Before every ride slide a couple of plastic bags over the bars – one on each side?

Get a husky..boy they love to run.. Question is if you can keep up

Actually, I nearly got a husky as a rescue dog – I was reliably informed that they have a bad habit of eating smaller dogs if they get too hungry!

In the end we got a collie/german shepherd cross, she’s a bit too old for running any distance, but she makes up for it shedding fur. Very intelligent too!

Edit – they look amazing though, the cross puppies are cute

I think he’s looking to get a new one (a 29er if you will).

He’s going to keep the old one for spares.

That’s exactly it. The thinking is that as you wander about cursing you will think Oh! Toilet Duck! and fling some in your trolley.

Apart from when it’s expensive crap, that’s why xbox games and the like are never near the door.

At least they aren’t very expensive when they are full price 🙂

Cookeaa – I made a set out of an old coke bottle, did a grand job. Looked rough as hell though, and I got called a cheapie bastard!

Ah, me and a friend went along it last summer (touring) and got mired down in mud on the steep bits and scared to death on the road bits! One car swooped round us at 60+mph and scraped it’s wing mirrors down an on-coming car going about 80 I think.. 😯 After Dinnet it’s great though!
I camped out in the stone circle in Torphins 😆

Ah that makes sense – there are a few bits of the aberdeenshire deeside ‘way’ that are uncycleable.. 👿

    yorlin

I think he means the back end of his bike (with normal mtb tyres I assume) doesn’t fit into the ‘yoke’ of the trailer, with the QR axles. 😡 Which is a bummer! I get the feeling the single-armed attachment type isn’t so steady…

    yorlin

    😆

You could probably alter a 29er one with a pair of scissors 🙂

    ADDS – quite possibly I can’t detect sarcasm ❗

    ‘trenchcock’ 😯

Trenchfoot used to glue people’s feet into their boots…
