My 456 came with brakes that needed bled and had conaminated pads. My LBS fixed it and On One picked up the bill. Brakes are now working OK but I’m going to try bleeding them myself again soon.

OK about to go for the top one. Can anyone recommend the best cheap rear light?

I recon I’ll have to toss a coing. Its only around a tenner more for the new one with the better battery, but I like the UK plug on the other one and the advice about the better Cree emitter.

I think I’m up north on the 17th for a wedding. I’m going to try and visit the Golspie Wildcat trails while i’m up there. I’m definitely up for one of your runs soon though for sure.

I’ve always fancied making a chopper/bobber hardtail with a KH500 engine. Or a flat tracker thingy.

anagallis_arvensis – The Virsic road starts in Italy and enters Slovenia to follow the river Soca. To do the whole thing you need to hit italy. My old man nearly got shot when he forgot to stop at the italian border!!! 😀

You're probably better off burning wood. If you find the right tree surgeon you'll get wood (chortle) pretty cheap. My mate burns smokeless in his fire and finds it quite expensive.

Thats the brakes been bled and fixed by the very helpful folk at MacDonald cycles in Edinburgh. Both front and rear pads had got contaminated, so with new ones in and the front bled the performance is night loads better! There's still quite alot of lever travel on the front, but with a big squeeze I can lock both wheels or stoppie and hop quite easily.
i'm still tempted to upgrade to the SLX brakes though, maybe in the future.

I'll let the LBS look at it before I send it back. Hopefully all will be well after they are bled. If I need new pads the suppliers will pay for them.
Cheers for the quick response guys, I won't be buying new brakes quite yet!
