You can’t compare decomissioning Dounreay to the more modern power stations. That would be like comparing the emissions from a modern car and an old mini.

I’ve stayed with a couple of mates in vans with no issues. A warden type van was kicking about and the driver never bothered. Just mind and take any rubbish home with you. We had great fun doing a nightride then beer and bbq.

here’s a video from the hill that shows some of the trails that folk from the trail scotland forum have built. There was a thread there that showed how they built them. I think there was quite a lot of digging etc involved.
Still looks quite fun to ride.
