yeah i have watched the video on the ope site, i think the thing that is throwing me is that when the levers are not being pulled the gap that the pad retracts from the disk is very very small i:e nothing???

    Hi

Check out this[/url] company. They manufacture a police preferred roller door.

The amount of headroom that you need is 300mm, with a bottom slat hangdown of 55mm. we also do a more compact verion that only needs 205mm headroom.

Have a look on the website there are videos of the door being attacked.

Don't use waterproof socks on wet days unless you want trench foot

My sealskins today had about a cup of water in each.

Next time might gaffer tape the top of the socks to stop the water running donw my leg into the sock (or superglue)

Went out and had a cracking ride !! 😀

Ambleside – Limfit caravan park – Garburn pass – Kentmere – Garburn pass – Jenkin Crag – Ambleside

Didn't see any other bikers and only 2 walkers.

Cracking ride, fighting the elements like that makes you feel alive !

BTW – National trust have sanitized the track down towards Limfit caravan park. (from the dubs reservoir road) 🙁

came across a pheasnt today (whilst driving), and he wouldnt get out of the road, my son got out to shoo him to the side and then as he got back in the car the pheasant walked back in front of the car.

    Three times this happened,

then my son shooed him to the back of the car, ran and got in, as i was driving off, i noticed the bird chasing the car, i was going slow and he was running after the car for a good 100 metres???

    WTF?

I can sympathise with the OP, but at the end of the day it was an accident.

    Thanks guys,

Guess i need a bleed kit too then.

Are the cables often the right size or would i expect to have to cut them. Also would good-ridge hoses need a special tool to trim them them.

Simon, this pic looks painful, what happened?

Noticed you guys gave them a large donation, nice touch. The mountain rescue guys do a fantastic job on a very limited budget.

Been good to me, however IMO the rear has worn pretty quickly (12 rides of about 3 to 5 hours each)
