Trust me that was with shopping around, Props to Shiny Bikes Fraser there gives great service and crackin prices

The guy never checked his rear view mirror, so i was guessing that if my light was flashing then it would have increased the chance of him seeing me

I always train early so will typically be out the door at 5 in the morning, then back at 10 ish.

So for me its dark early morning rides, i also train in the lake district and dales so no street lighting, and lots of sheep

it was just a little more comfortable with the extra lumens.

the extra lumens just got even more “extra” – from 960 to 1200

i am 6 2 and ride a 61cm r3

apparently the toro beam spread is now identical to the maxx d, so will there be any benefit to onroad use?

the reason i was against the maxx d was that the beam pattern wasnt conducive to road riding?

what budget, there are loads of places

I don't spend anytime actually looking at my lights when I'm out riding at night so this really wouldn't be a problem for me.

Tart. You're supposed to use them when it is dark outside, not spaff over them in some frenzied kit whore fantasy.

I bet you dont spend time looking at your bike when you ride it either, or looking at your car when you drive it, but i bet the design and style of both played a part in your buying decision.

i know there are cheaper options out there , but i really like the look of the "tried and tested" exposure stuff.

Thinking that the latest version of the maxx d and the diablo, would be the perfect combo.

I mean no disrespect by my next remark, but the trout lights and luminous just dont do it for me in the looks department. (i am sure that they are very good lights though)

is the consensus that the best is to have a helmet and a bar light, should i split my budget (£500) to get two lights or spend all the mullah on one light?
