I think my enduro can’t be far off that with the current build.

I think the saint rear wheel and 203mm disc is a bit of overkill though

For the teachers striking they won’t get the pension contribution for that day either, which is what they are striking for in the first place.

I thought my bike was getting harder to ride up hills in Feb/March. After putting it away and not being able to go out on it due to impending baby etc it sat for about 8 weeks.

I went out to use it and thought it felt even harder to pedal than before. ON examining it, I found that the bottom bracket was only allowing the pedals to turn if i had my full weight on them.

ROsebike sorted me out with an xtr one. Hopefully it will last another year or so as well.

Customers who do not make enough calls with BT will be charged for BT Caller Display. Customers who are billed every three months must make at least six chargeable or inclusive calls within those three months, otherwise BT reserves the right to charge £8.10 a quarter. Customers who are billed monthly must make at least 2 chargeable or inclusive calls a month otherwise BT reserves the right to charge £2.70 a month. Free calls (for example to 0800 numbers, calls to the emergency services etc) do not count towards the minimum call commitment.

I had better open up the stack of BT bills i have upstairs that I’ve never looked at and see if they are over charging me.

Peugot do so some sort of – put fuel in deal, where they pay for everything and you just put fuel in.

Means driving a Peugot, but it might work out for you.

I take it a gravity Enduro is where you push/crawl to the top then do a timed section down.

It has just cose me about that for a mech eating incident on my Wanga

    – 22 quid rear dropouts
    – 20 quid new cassette and chain
    – 20 quid new rear mech and new 9 speed shifter
not related but done because it had to be – 12 quid caliper.

    Expensive ride to work.

^ Bolt is snapped in two, one half threaded into the linkage.

Send me your address and I’ll try and get it in the post, but it might well be a few days before I can get to a post office
It’s quite large though, shock and link are attached.

Your video showed what happened to the top part of my shock. The bits just fell out.

I’m quite impressed that the broken bolt held all the way around GT. It could have been nasty if it hadn’t made it.

Also, did you get that problem with the bolt fixed and if not can I have a go at it please

Not yet, it’s in the boot of the car just now. Hectic week at work is going to delay any work on it.

    Right then

    THat’s me more confused.

At either end I ahve two things which I believe are called .

Two of them fell straight off at the frame side when taken off, no idea if they are meant to.
Other two are still stuck in because of bolts.

Are those bits that I need to replace or not?

Note: I actually rode right around the red route at GT with the snapped bolt. I thought there was a bit of play in the rear shock, but decided one last ride would be ok.

My boss went on strike for more than 2 years during the miner strikes.

He thought it would be a couple of weeks at best and had some savings to get by on

ANy other way of getting that out?

Would heating it up in boiling water make life easier? I presume the alloy will expand more than the steel bolt.

Found out that cycle store UK does bolt kits for 22 quid, which is significatnly cheaper than some of the 100 euros Ive seen this evening

Not that near, but near enough to do it if I pop up to see my folks in Jedburgh in a couple of weeks.

RIght pee’d off I was. I suspect that one that is turning is actually stuck to the bearing and has buggered the threads. Might be able to heli-coil it if needs be, but it looks too small.

That is the Halfords Wanga, not the original.

THe US one is still steel.

My 360 is still upstairs, in its carry case unloved.

I keep thinking about plugging it in, but I just can’ see anything I want to play. Mass Effect 2 is tempting, but I don’t have the time just now.

I picked up Toyo Proxe CF1’s for about 129 quid for a pair fitted.

Also camskills for the tyres themselves then get a local to fit them if you can be arsed.

    Cheers for all that.

As a loyal orange customer I can get a decent sim-only deal upgrade similar to the one I am on now but with internet and minutes for 15 quid a month.
I would most likely buy a phone outright rather than adding it to the cost of a contract and tying myself in for 18months or 24 months.

    ^ I don’t know.

The missus has some fancy phone that she wanted. It has come in hadny to check the interent every so often when out and about to look stuff up. I have used it to send the odd picture message to my folks.

Other than that, I don’t really know. I don’t Facebook, Tweet or do anything like that. I make calls and send the odd text, less than 20 a month.

BUT maybe if I had more function I would use it. I like the idea of a Win 7 phone, but for no reason other than being different.

My ten quid Nokia has just packed up.

My students love that fact that I embrace technology, yet have this absoloutely shite phone.
I keep thinking that it’s time to upgrade. I now have a baby, I could take photos and email them on the go, but then I think that I have three cameras, so why would I want to do that.

Still would be going for a secondhand Mondeo ST TDCi, same sort of money you are spending with more space and a more powerful yet economical engine.

When I was 22 stone I found that the amphetamine lifestyle diet was the best way to lose weight.

You have to be prepared to stay out for two or three days on end, hang out with interesting people, and sleep at strange hours.

It works really well if combined with a choice of dancemusic.

    |Left side unscrew and swing open.

Right side, in the highest gear (small cog) look in and adjust the lever a bit, you should be able to see the hole.
