Have the more expensive hero 3 black which I love but wanted a smaller unit for my helmet! Absolutely brilliant the hero session!! So easy to use and quality top notch… worth every penny imo :)

For the first time opted for a van with family n bikes the estate really struggled! Don’t know why didn’t do sooner… brilliant!!!

Always a big fan of the Gobi saddles… same boat as yourself but bought a while back Fizik Gobi M3 Carbon Braided Saddle (not the cheapest version)

Think it’s even better than the older!!

I’m a massive fan of the Ralph but had so many skin wall slashes seriously looking elsewhere!!

Thought that would be the case… not tried loading it up yet with all the gear and the family to see how it handles…

Being new to vans never going to feel like my old car that was on rails but still doesn’t hang around for what it is ;)

So lowering really hardeneds it up lots?? Running 20″ on mine and tyres really are like rubber bands.. came on it when bought!! Good to hear insurance not to harsh… with the same insurer and under 300quid fully comp with wife on it ;)

Nobeerinthefridge – cheers… very new to the van circle and t5s but loving it ;) only 11 months old and has dsg and so smooth!! Nice looking van yourself… Has yours been lowered? Was sorting of half looking into it but was wondering how much the insurance would sting?

Just put a deposit done on a t5 transporter… hopefully pick up in the next couple of weeks! Finally got the misses on side and with the family a must as our current estate was just a nightmare getting all the gear in!

Test drive was very impressed… time will tell but actually excited to be getting a van haha… Done with cars for now!

I was up for this but thanks to my car not going to happen this weekend… :( love these events too!!

Can’t say it was from this weekend but recently come back from greece and hired a bike for 3 days cheeky riding :)

I ride a carbon Niner RDO (geared) and a steel Ritchey P29 with niner rigid forks (ss) and it just as much a blast and lively as my Niner!! Build it on the lighter side you will feel the benefits…

I vividly remember seeing someone come out the bombhole and when braking for next corner their steerer snapped at the crown race. Cue faceplant and (I guess) broken/dislocated jaw, the sight of which still haunts me slightly 25 years on. Whoever you were I hope you didn’t have any serious lasting damage!

Remember seeing that too!! sure he tried to get on his bike again with blood rushing down his face to see his forks were clean off??

32:17 currently running and works for me in the Surrey hills ;)

Had many forks over the years and only a set of Fox forks have ever creaked… Replaced on warranty even though I bought secondhand with no receipt!

So who was taking the photos on the single track section of the last climb of the lap then??

Signed up a while ago for one… was a 2 week delay as they changed something on the tooling but still meant to be getting shipped in August!

Thats good news :) saw a few photographers out on course on several laps… So far only found one of us from our team so hopefully more to follow?

At the time wasn’t enjoying the course but looking back I did haha..
Rest of the team struggled a bit and ended up finishing low overall ;-/

Would def say thought for a 24hr race the climbs were a bit brutal and did see lots walking.. Solos hats off :)

Have done a few MM over the years and thought was lacking at bit of the wacky atmosphere of old and the trade stands very boring and later on in the evening was like a ghost town :( Quiets campsite for a 24hr event ever haha..!!
