Uneven tyre wear isn`t only just tracking it could be sign of worn or faulty steering/suspension setup.

I had a dispute regarding boundary and I had a surveyor mark out boundary and the guy doing it said that land registry maps only have a tolerance to about +/- 1 metre.
Anyway to get to the point as boundary dispute was in regards to building work being carried out it was put in the hands of building control to sort out.
Two years on and very little has happened and I am a few grand out of pocket.

Close to me also but I would rather drive for two hours to go somewhere better tbh.
Firstly its very short and due to its location,the north facing side of the Campsie hills it never seems to get warm or dry out ever.
I appreciate that folk have put in a lot of effort to do this but it just doesnt do it for me or anyone I know who has used it.
A better place to go in my opinion and especially for a first timer is the forest tracks around Aberfoyle which as you know no doubt isnt that far away.Several easy routes to choose from and a few that are a bit more demanding.
Although I can see snow on top of the Campsies out of my window right now so there may well be some at Aberfoyle at the minute as well.

Seems to me that some have a vested interest in said business ?

We removed artex which was covering the entire inside of house and some of the walls if you were to fall against them would have rendered you disfigured due to large spikes protuding from them.
Anyway the best way we found was to use a shovel 🙂
The rest of the smaller stuff came off with scrapers etc.The ceilings we got a belt sander and removed the high points.
Plasterer finished the job off nicely and what made a better job of it all was removal of skirting and door architrave etc.
In all it was a bit of hard work but worth it in the end.

Went out day before yesterday for 40 miles.
It was pleasant and all was warm except for my toes which I couldn`t move in my boots to keep them warm.
