Most platforms have a limitation on what you can upgrade them to, in my case it was doubling the memory, but it greatly improved the performance. I bought off ebay, whole list of makes and models to chose from. They always suggest using anti static wrist strap thing but other than that pretty straight forward. Mine was a lap top by the way and just a case of unscrewing a cover on the underdside and slot it in.

Can and worms! I applaud anyone who raises funds for schools, our school does the same for the pantomime trip at christmas etc. But just lately its actually stuff thats being held in school, and during lessons. Tonights example from the school bag was a greek workshop! Last months was an egyptian workshop which consisted of a coloured in picture coming home, two weeks ago it was 10 quid to visit a place thats actually free to get in. Like i said i would never let my children miss out, but it seems never ending at the moment!

I remember a few years ago some **** said Education Education Education! My children and their education mean a lot to me but we spunked over £100 the other month on what? Nothing of any educational value IMHO. I will not let my children miss out on anything but its starting to take the pish!!!

If you're anywhere in the midlands try a company called insight architectural, number is 01773863444. We use them all the time, very good and competitive. Based in a place called pinxton in Notts/derbys

Auto glym for me. Cheap pads as stated give off loads more dust! Odd however to have rears dirtier than fronts! Oh and none of them stop you having to use a bit of elbow grease ime, also get a wheel brush, makes it a lot easier!

Camera is quality! From the lens to the LCD! Looking forward to giving it a proper run out on our hols next week. Oh and don't mean to sound like a tight arse but the warranty is a bit of a con! It won't replace that camera according to my store. It just replaces it with something to the value of 150, which is what you paid. So as soon as the deal finishes you could have a battle getting something of the same quality!! Robbing fookers!!!

Glad it's helped a few of you out. Just finishing off at work and off to pick mine up! Oh and read a review somewhere last night by some camera buff and he really rated it, he also said low light was good, and the shutter lag time was excellent, which is a definate requirement when taking pics of your mates falling off or my fast moving kids who always seemed to turn away or be out of shot on my old camera. :)

I only have one memory of a galaxy. It still gives me nightmares now. 9 lads Plus luggage last summer travelling from derby to Bradford airport at 3 in the morning! Yes there's only 7 seats and yes 3 of the lads are 6 foot +! utterly stupid but
funny. What a motor. 3/4 of a ton of derbys finest meat being dragged up the m1 and it never missed a beat!

Believe it or not we've got bambo, it is absolute quality and has a lovely end grain pattern where the layers are overlaid at 90 degree angles. When fitting the sink make sure any cut edges are sealed and plenty of clear silicone applied before the sink is placed! Oh and the osmo oil is quality.

Tj, What does the "mean value" relate to on the y axis of the graph. I can't see how alcohol Is more harmful than tobacco? Surely tobacco is related to far more deaths?

I don't smoke so was utterly astounded when a woman in the garage was asked to hand over 14 quid for her two packs of b and h the other day! They wanna use some of that revenue on tar for the fookin roads at the minute!!

Ok, poor use of the plant food statement but look at the bloke who died last week, was he mid 40's and described as a party fan! What would posses you at that age to do something so random? I can understand young kids etc, cheap, easy to get hold of, legal, but at that age just seems odd!

18 month old I phone, never ever had any issues connecting it, as in just plugging into my laptop which is running vista premium. Plugged her in sat night after I'd installed some dj software and a coupla films ( onto th laptop) and it just died! Gonna do a full system scan using mcafee on the laptop and see if it picks anything up! Other than that I'm bemused!

Sky is sh¥t as I know from experience! Down to dial up speed at really busy times. After few complaints etc decent guy from sky said the only way to get good speed on my line was BT or orange as both have own equipment in the exchange. Not piggy backing like the rest!

You can almost bank on the fact that your kitchen door will not a be a fire door so in all honesty it wouldn't contain a fire for long. As a rule it will be 44mm for a half hr and 54 mm for an hr, but as I say it's unlikely. At the end of the day it is the toxic smoke that kills you most times, and as early detection as possible of this is key to "getting out". Also
the smoke is usually generated at the initial start of the fire, you don't very often get a sudden wall of flames unless accelerants are involved.
So in all honesty you're better off with it open IMO for early detection!

IME where I ride using everytrail it is innacurate, the gps cannot be relied upon to actually navigate as it is not accurate enough in the I phone. That was the point I was expressing. Had several instances where it can only give a location to within 2500m, that is not useful. Also on a recent route I tracked it placed over the "other side" of th a6 which meant I'd swam the derwent!

I was merely a having the crack, so you wanna slow down with your gobbing off, my mum is very special to me as I'm sure most peoples is. Not just that, my two children were acting like it was Christmas morning as we just made breakfast and gathered presents together for her breakfast in bed!
