Deposit is a no no IMO! And one of 35% is taking the p!$$.
As I see it the first job/s will be to chase Walls and 1st fix electrics, no major cost associated with that, in fact there's no major material costs involved at all apart from the wood floor which I believe you're supplying.
By the way does he/they come recommended by others, hate to be a merchant of doom but don't like to see folk get shafted, that said he might b dead genuine and need a two week holiday before he starts on your gaff! :)

Before you next do connect to computer try a soft reset. Hold down the off on button at top and home button until screen goes blank. Sometimes takes upto 20 seconds to switch off. It's just the classic switch it off and switch it back on again trick but by holding the home button as well apparently completes a soft reset??

I posted about th tz65 just over a week ago when it was on offer at currys. Just back of hols and it's a great piece of kit! As point and shoot as you want it to be or you can take control of various things if you feel the need!
Might we worth checking back with currys to see if it's still on sale?

Nothing allowed for new skirts and archs? Not majorly expensive but if you're just over skimming it looks gash up to tops of skirts! Also if you're staying is it worth fetching old off an dabbing throughout? Mess yes, but better job!

By the time you've built it and payed for the timber it will be cheaper to buy one. I bought a good quality one from a shed company, but put it up myself! That way I made sure it was put together properly and only used galvs on the bottom layer of felt. At the ridge lap over the two and a good tew tubes of clear silicone to seal. This stops the water penetrating around the tacks and rotting the roof, which with softwood happens surprisingly quick!

Not watched for the last ten minutes. Very close. Saw phil firing one into the trees. Also noticed tiger prowling in the background ready to make a play off at the 18th. Discount that man at your peril!

My best friends wife left him two years ago after he'd been diagnosed with arthritis a year earlier at the age of 33! He was towards the end of their relationship when he finaly found the drug cocktail that helped him, but it was too late for them as a couple after his inability to open up to her about his problems! I found it incredibly hard to watch my mate go through this but did everything I could to help. Two years on, and yes that's a lot of nights in on your own etc, he's back! New lady, new house and he only ever rings me when her in doors ain't around. Just like old times, but it's great to see my mate happy again. You'll get there for sure.

Ernie you really are up there with jimmy carr and jack d on the use of sarcasm, I applaud you. Cmon, lower yourself and let's hear what you really want to say about the issue and me the op. You seem to have a problem with anyone expressing an opinion or posting about something that you don't agree with, is this not what forums are for. It made the news, (it shouldn't have) I couldn't believe it, it probably was poor judgement by whoever requested the domes, as I said before a target is a target and any training is vital for the poor sods who are gonna get sent out there. But our armed forces must be doing something right, I know several people who've served for other countries and all have said the same, the British armed forces are not the best equiped (by far and away the Americans coz we can afford bigger guns than you attitude) but by far the best trained!

Was just presuming Barry b wasn't from this area, he'd also heard about it, just had a quick look at his profile but no location info, so i may be wrong about it making national news! I'll check the gardyournan in the morning to see. Oh btw, if it's such a non story why do you feel so compelled to repeatedly post?

And no tj I genuinely can't see why it's wrong! Pathetic yes, that the army would spend money on **** about putting green domes on range targets, when it could be used to improve life in barracks! End of the day, target is target, no matter what house, tent, mosque, cave or dirt hole they live in! But national news and local outcry, my arse!!!

John drummer is bang on, my sky connection is poor, and as previous posters said they rent the equipment in the exchanges from BT, who give priority to their customers. I'm down to less than 1mb on most evenings between 5 and 10pm, won't even stream spotify at these times! The I T support has been good and very frank in explaining these problems to me! My only option is to change to BT (more expensive) or go onto Orange who have their own equipment in my exchange! IMO look elsewhere if you want to use your connection for anything other than browsing pages! Vimeo will never stream before 10pm

Ooo trout that was seriously unlucky! You're right tho, it is in theory a bodge. I love architects as well, charge you the earth, ponce onto sight in there rangey sport, get their Paul smith suit trousers slightly dirty, then moan, then charge you again ha ha

To be fair ernie when you conduct the current polls, some people say they just cant be arsed! To me it's just one voice yes, but I'd like to think it was heard. And tbh if I didn't vote the mother in law would kill me, I swear she was a sufragette, she looks old enough anyway! :)

On ground floor scenarios which services are directly behind skirtings? And why are you routing beyond 12/15 mm that skirts may be? You do realise anything other than timber ain't particularly good for router bits. As I said it isn't the ideal situation, but is a good method when required. In my case a 1920's moisture bent bit of timber was not on my wish list to replace for sure!

    wrightyson

It's not an ideal scenario granted, you have to back lay the last few rows, also you don't send it fully into the rebate you've created. I did my hall way like this due to curved walls where the original skirting had been curved to fit the Walls! Didn't fancy replacing that. It probably doesn't work with a floating system due to the Tongue and groove. With a 45 degree nailed solid you can remove the Tongue, and butt joint. As you say much easier to remove skirts but there is a way round it.

Rich is yours now down? A lot of the fitters can now rout out underside of skirt to allow boards to go in the rebate. Ball ache but cheaper than new skirts throughout.

No underlay required with solid or machined 18 mm floors . Mainly used for your floating floors.

Oh and as a rule always lay at 90 degrees to original floor boarding!

And funky strikes again! I bought solid French oak for 20 a square. Best thing (having two young kids) we ever invested in homewise, would hate to think what a shit hole our gaff would look like if we'd had carpets!!!
I'm in the midlands and bought from a place called fitchet and wolacott in Notts. Quality stuff! Honestly it's worth a shop around coz laminate is tail!!

Ha ha ha ernie lynch (I'd like to), you seem to have got me all wrong! My op was complaining about being constantly asked for donations, we always give and as I said previously some never do! I have got no problem with anyone doing well and having the money for private education, I just don't like it when people give it large! And to note the school my children go to is regarded as one of the best in the county, so why pay to send them. I'm sure private schools have their fair share of chavs, parents with new money etc. Oh and regarding me, I do like a beer your right, but run just one bike which was just over a grand! I have no flash gear and all our spare money is spent on our kids! Direct your flames elsewhere! Seems project is possibly a likely candidate :)

@cletus, thankyou for finally understanding the gist of my original post. As I said before it's not about the money because we always pay, it's about the constant request for it and the fact as i've said before some people who never pay!
Oh, and to the two blokes who's kids go to private school, look at you mr big shots!
Do they board as well? Always thought that was a great way to bring up socially inept children!!

Listen to funky! He knows his stuff and is bang on about the gas feed size! Go worcester if you can afford, like buying an Audi over an Austin! 1500 is expensive if it's just a boiler swap as everything is there and ready, most that'll need doing is the odd pipe legnth adjustment! Whatever you do tho, don't buy a Baxi!!!

My point wasn't about the chav kids! The point was we always contribute no matter what, but some parents never bother! It grates me that they never bother because others do! The pound a week thing sounds great and I'd be happy at that, but it's always far more.
Oh and ernie! Shut the **** up!

@TJ i can assure you, and from a very good source they do.
Oh and i like the use of the word contributions. Almost makes it sound as tho you don't "have" to pay.
