Have you no other option and can't fit a traditional shower? Ime even the top end ones I've fitted are poor on flow rate when you want them hot. If it's your only option then you'll also need a big feed from the mains electric, usually a dedicated 6mm rated quite highly.

I'm in the same game bear and totally understand, but that specific job doesn't really require many materials, it's mostly labour. If you were going out and having new windows etc made up for the client then fair play, but 35 % is taking the Mick! If cashflow is that tight you could even agree weekly payments for the labour. And your right, it's the sh¥te few thAt tarnish good builders image!

Was over that way a month or so ago and rode the original one for the first time. Remember chuntering away to myself after having a few near misses with the bars! Enjoyed so I'll definately go back, but perhaps not this Saturday with the hoards!! ;)
