How “cool” do you want to look???  Specsavers do a pair for £100, frame is Black or Clear or another that I can’t remember. Not Uber dash looking but then Im a sweating mud covered lard arse on a push Bike in the woods so I’d start on something other than the glasses if I was worried!! 😂😂

Santa Cruz wheels would be first choice if I had the £1900 to spend on wheels!! Alas I dont! To be fair, I can’t stomach or really afford spending £900+ on wheels now Ive thought about it!! Cheers all!

Current one aconbonof carefull requested Christmas presents 😂 I got a Bar from my wife for Christmas, my mum got me a rear mech… and saving like a mad man….this was especially difficult when the object if my affections went up in price twice in about three months, due to the sterling euro fluctuation.

Im just short wheels, cassette, cranks headset and a dropper now! 😂

perviously Ive Just 0%ed them, but I’m not getting into debit for bikes again, I make the kids save so I will too!!!

I think thats a lovely looking bike. It’s like a modern looking and Geo’d Cove Hummer.

I really like their stuff, their attitude to Bike design, and their use of social media. It’s an incredibly accessible company. The Have Blue F/S is a stunning bit of kit.

They are really open about trying stuff building concept bikes and that leaves them open to some critisim but I really like seeing what they are doing, It’s far from a back of a fag packet design process. There are a good load of bikes out there already and none coming up as broken or faulty. I hope they keep doing stuff the way they are, it makes their life harder ( as they take flak) but it’s great to see how it’s being thought about and done.

I thought it was a good listen to be honest. I’d say that the geometry development was a bit more scientific in choosing why they changed or tried what they did, than point and shot. I just think it was sanitised a bit for better listening or viewing!!

I was really intrested in how he how he found that the much longer Geo was too extreme for him and others to really get the most out of, and it was paired back to get the current designs. I’m really excited by the Geometron concept, but Ive worried if I’d not ride it at the level needed to get the most out of it. I would also wager that Cy is a much better / braver rider than I am so maybe it’s a leap too far, and the longer but more conservative Geometry is a better suit.

( I’d love to ride them both to see however!!)

Whinlatter center is open today, which is good as it was snowed in on Friday!!

The blue has some big diversions on it due to a big logging job, so it’s wirth checking that out before you go. The Red is open as normal.

As daft as this sounds to say…..it’s very very cold so wrap up!!
