That will do mate stay away from the pressure washer (dirt worker is good) and use warm water and a bit of muck off or something and it will go for ages. Best thing I have found for cleaning was a bottle brush (one of those avent ones) I got it after wookie Jr came off the bottles really good I have found.

I am sure many will say I'm wrong though, What bike you got then???

    Good job there mate!

No excuse for Dogs not being under control It does surprise me that people think its ok for there pooch to run up barking and snapping while shouting its ok he doesnt mean it…… if you have a dog it shoul be under comtroll, even if that means on a lead IMHO.

…….wishing it dead is bad form though……

    8/10 for the troll 8)

NO mate been rideing 5 years and still stack! Think of the pain as payment for the enjoyment!!

I'd book a skills course once your back on the horse so to speak. Will make a huge difference to how you ride and read the trail. If you do a course with Jedi (Uk bike skills) you'll blow your mind with how much you'll improve and how safe you can feel going fast. But dont bin it mate its all lessons learned!

No you'll be fine your skull will crush (crumple zone style) on the bonnet/ road curb choose one or more and prevent any rotational injuries to the brain and save you from certain death…….but not brain damage eh TJ

Wearing helmets all the time increases the incorrect perception that cycling is dangerous and discourages people from cycling.

Really, I mean really?? I dont think so I think a lot of people who rode as kids dont see the need now and another majority of people who MTB think actually this is a good idea. Not I'm wearing a lid threrefore I am protected in all situtations.

I agree with your a lid is not a fix for all situtations POV mate but I think you are playing down the benifits (sp) quite a bit more than is true and on balence they are worth wearing. I would also agrue that to be at risk of rotational injuries you need to be still alive and the lid will help towards that.

Either way no issues with you not wearing one mate :D
