Asked about this at the concept store in Harrogate when visiting the inlaws. They said it was really for road bikes!

So I did some research and went to Rock and road[/url]and had a fitting best money I’ve ever spent took half a day but I have all the stats ie the bike fit cleat position etc and the difference in power output and comfort was really noticeable. Can’t recommend it and the shop enough.

Well worth a look some bits, chewed up but nothing unrideable. I enjoyed my spin around there in Feb. It’s worth a spin if you’re passing.

Never been off piste but I know there are other bits in there, much like you just wanted a blast around for a few hours so signposts are were it’s at!

It can be very trail centre-esc though more so than any where I’ve been in Wales. Lots of BMW style riders ie right up your arse when your going slow for a reason ie others on the trail in front of you.

Worth a visit though.

Yep got a set typical xtr so really good. Also have the previous incarnation also great not sure if I can tell the difference though!

Some light weight bars say no other are ok. I always fit plugs intomine the erogon ones are really good.

Ah I’ll always wear a lid, I’ll take my chance it will do me good it more circumstances than it will hurt me. Mate stacked it Sunday cracked lid just a bump to show for it so I’ll gamble it’s a good thing.

I know a chap who won’t wear a seat belt, as a teenager he rolled a car and was thrown out the open window the car ended up on fire, he was knocked out. By his reasoning if he’d have been belted into the car he’d have burned alive and died so won’t wear one. Even though this was a freak accident he still won’t wear one….. If you look into something enough you can show it’s right or wrong much like the whole lid thing.
