You need to fing a flat route ie a road ride or family cycle route if off road even an old railway cycle track and then just tick along mate. I hate doing it to start off with but then you just relax into it.

Had a fit for a road bike done at Rock and Road [/url] in Southampton. Best money I’ve spent on a road bike by far mate. Made a huge difference to how I feel on the bike and after. Really can’t recommend it enough.

I ride, there are vids on the web site, you’ll always get some double track stuff to link in the trails but it’s a brilliant event with some stunning Singletrack riding.

Custom paint jobs you need to look on the Waterford bikes web page from the states mate! The pin striping alone is awesome all done by hand too!

Been to Penrith (windfell forest) and longleat. Both brill. Lots to do there and my two would spend all day on the slides in the pool anyway! Second hire bikes though really not worth bringing your “proper” bikes.

You’ll notice a difference in the handling too I’d think. Road bikes are sharper in the handling dept.

I use co2 on the bike just easier really. Fizik saddle bags are very good in my experience. For a proper road ride road shoes pedals are great but if you’re dabbing a lot ie stop start traffic I like the recessed spd set up.

Over three million pandas are killed to make a square centimetre of carbon fibre……….imagine of the pandas needed to make a whole bike.*

    * this is frankly untrue and a lie, designed to fulfil your request.

Count zero plus one, what happened in Cambodia was sickening.

Can’t see how blowing up people shopping, or pulling them off the street to kill maime them can ever be romantic. With the exception of a few python jokes this thread is full of f&&king misplaced ideas chaps.

My bro in law lives in the US, and the media view of her is a polar opposite of what we have here, innocent and stitched up by an antiquated, unjust legal system!

Saying that yes she is, she’ll get out.
