Yep something simlar for me yesterday! luckily it all went to rat I over night and Im in the doo doo for not answering my phone at 4am, even though I’m not actually on call or supposed to be available. Used to be on the phone all the time weekends evenings but I won’t fudge figures or hide issues to make me look good so I get passed over by those who do, my own boss sees this happening to me. Need a lottery win!

Oh dear mate you’ve opened pandoras box! I started about a year and a half ago on the road and am hooked. Biggest tip is really just enjoy yourself and find a mate to ride with, that way you can start racing or road signs! 😈 I’ve got some gp4000 and they are brill as a choice or the future, but use what you’ve got til you need a change. tyre pressures will be a lot higher think 90-100 psi more if your a lump like me!

Biggest tip though, stay away from any thing painted or metal in the wet!

Couple of guys I rude with use liners and I really temped by them as they have no issues with the cold.

Mudsux if you read some of the marketing stuff a speed play pedal has a simlar reduction in drag as a aero front wheel! Either way you’re average sportive rider won’t generate the speeds for and real savings from aero kit at what a min if 25mph ish A proper fitting bike will make more difference than aero kit.

Mudsux, all on the jig and power system used for the fit. If your getting sn extra 80 watts on your TT set up based on position then Id be intrested to see your road bike set up mate! But hey Ho

Road bike fit is determined by top tube length seat height saddle and bar drop etc etc and stem length, dropping a spacer on my mate bike loses him about 80 watts! your fit may dictate more than a new stem!

Really liked them for the one ride I used them……why one ride side walls on both front and rear split was lucky to make it home. Now use Eskars very good no side wall issues and alfthe price simples!

Second time around the midwife was shooting me dirty looks for sitting out of the way! I felt really bad and had to say look Im doing exactly what she wants! To which my wife then said he’s fine I don’t want anyone near me!, 😆

It’s an amazing thing to see, and it’s amazing how your OH will cope with it all.

My one piece of advice is she’ll be knackered so try to take the weight off her as much as possible for the first day or so, as JR will do its thing straight way. It’s a brill experience kids tough but great! Oh the the black tar like poo only lasts. Few days………. 😯

My goodness fellas. Did you read that properly…..she was/is a baby. What was done to her has marked her or life in a way she can never understand, she didn’t open her eyes for 24 hours?

People like that will never change in the same way an adult looks at an adult and finds them attractive these people see children. For what ever reason they do, they will never change in the same way if you locked me up for six years I’d still find women attractive.

As a society we have a duty to protect the most vulnerable, by doing this he and those like him have chosen to remove themselves from this society and therefore should be removed from it for life. I’m shocked that this has degenerated to such a slanging match, with no real thought about what happened. I had the misfortune to do some research into child protection while doing my dissertation speaking to both the police and social workers among others and the lengths and trust that pedophiles will go to to abuse children is unreal as is the effect on those families and professionals who have to pick up the pieces not to mention those abused.

As a dad myself I can’t imagine anything worse happening to my kids, I don’t see that this child has had any sort of justice, this person sholud never have te previlige of re joining the community a whole life sentence would be more than justified. I really hope this thread gets closed.

Train as you play mate. It’s a different kettle of fish a short travel bike in rough stuff angles etc are very different, so are line choices it’s the smooth fast line over the “fun” line. You train on a alpine 160 to decend te hop on a 71 degree hard angle you’ll be surprised! 😆
