Village hall, apparently it’s been really busy! Saying that last election result was 60% for the Tories so I don’t if that’s a good or bad thing!!

It’s better than a “Slice of British Pie” which appears to be a series of blokes tackling “a corner” with accompanying blokes shouting “yaaaahhh” or “Ooooohhhhh” depending if they make it – round a corner…gripping stufff

Agreed, I struggle with the overt radness of this and 5010 stuff, the cowabunga culture videos segments have never done it for me!! 😆 😆 😆

Well as times gone on so grown to like this more!! I’d love to ride one. I think it was pink bike or GMBN said it would be a great enduro bike for someone starting outracing and who didn’t want to be out of their depth!!

Too rich for my blood though! SC tax is crazy!!!

Labour. Probably a wasted vote as it’s prime Tory country here despite the MP being on record insulting his constituents!

Look up a company called crystal custom campers there’s a post on their page showing a Van with he captain seats and the sliding rear seats granted they are a unit rather than separate.

Stock wise a Kombi, or crew can van is a good shout, youlll need to drop the front wheel out of your bike to transport it in a SWB but otherwise it’s a huge estate car!

Great riding in the video, I’ve never been hugely into the dirt jumping stuff though even when he collective or seasons were new!

I find the trail riding stuff is my equivalent of stoners S&M midget porn fix…….

Yes, I always spare a thought on the 6 June, I think as time passes the enormity of D Day starts to slip from the public consciousness.

Dunkirk looks really interesting, I look forward to seeing that.

As an aside, I always smile at the pictures of the RAF pilots in a collar and tie, a real sign of the times.

LoL good edit Flash! I missed the spoiler!! Agreed the interviews really do add to the weight of it, makes you realise it’s not just a story!

Northwind agreed, Band of brothers is ( so far anyway ) in a different class, but I thought Pacific was great.

I watched Pacific very very good as well. I’ll look up the other one.

No problems with it being as intense as it is, just brings ho e how terrifying it must have been and how brave those chaps were.

No point contacting the police on signage mate. You’ll probably be offered a course if your not going too near 40.

No I know what you mean about hoping it doesn’t come to it but the offer is there mate, it’s a hard old time your having from the sound of things. I’ll drop you an email so you’ve got a contact, fingers crossed for you all it will result in is a pint next year once your wife is better and the dust has settled and the pooch is still with you!! She’d be very welcome to stay for a while or forever.

Hi mate, I’m near Keswick so not miles and miles away, if you need some rest-bite doggy care! We have a two year old doodle, who loves company and has the paws walked off him, plays fetch, swims and plays tug most of the day inbetween naps and being adored, so a tough life!! You can visit if you want and see if you like us before committing no pressure. But she’d be most welcome.

Been in the same situation ourself years ago, we were luck and my parents could take the dog, who just lives the most fantastic life, but at the time a very ill wife and two kids under three was all I could handle. As hard as it was I cried the who,e way in the car to drop her to her new home I knew it was the right thing to do and it really was.

Either way hope your wife is doing well and you’re looking after yourself too.

Have you tried specialized shoes? The trail shoes ( that look like skate shoes f20 I think they are called) come up big? Otherwise sidi cafe tend to be cheaper for Sidis. I’m a 13/14.

You know what, it’s not that bad, you’ll learn ( or re-learn ) some stuff, realise the consequences of what can happen if you do have a speed related accident.

There will defo be more than one person who’s been “wronged” by the system for sure!! It was a bit of an eye opener from the exec bloke to the church going Hyasyenth Bucket type who was full of Venom for getting a ticket!!

Me, well I wasn’t concentrating on my speed and drive too fast so fair cop, I deserved to be pulled up!

One that fits mate!! I had to try loads to find one that was comfortable to wear, I found Spesh, and Giro were uncomfortable even though I wear their trail / road lids?
