Was that Chris Porter? I met him at ‘Ard Rock, he’d clearly been speaking to people all day so was probably knackered! He was really nice and very approachable had loads of time for my daft questions so if it was him you met I had a totally different experience.

Diur, agreed they don’t seem to fully “get it” the MBR link doesn’t have the final few months or the conclusion which is a shame. But I did think the changes they were making seemed to be in contrast to what the bike is about.

anyone read the long term reviews in MBR* or MBUK? Both have ended up trying to mellow the bike out a bit for “normal” riding?

MBR chap who had the largest grand rbded up saying he’d prob go down a size for use as his only bike and MBUK have fitted and angle set to steepen the head angle?

Both seem very different to what people have said on here, and Chainline is slacking things off a bit more rather than mellowing out the HA.

I found that Vanish Oxy wash is great stuff for getting kit properly clean with out trashing it. Just bung a scoop in with the normal washing liquid and softener stuff.

I worked in the private sector ( utilities) and we had them for years in the vehicles plus a individual system where you would log onto a site or location with a mobile device as long as you were with in 100m or a set site point. . It’s a useful tool and gives you an idea of what’s what, and you can pick up blatantly piss taking easily. Allows you to pick the most efficient routes for Working rounds etc. But nothing gets a someone working harder than a manager showing up on site.

They did go through a phase of failing esp with the sparkies but that’s easy enough to sort out again by actually managing the staff.

It’s not a golden bullet by any means. Getting managers out of the office is more effective as long as they’re prepared to do their job.

Eh well I do like the noise of a spinning hub!! Plus it was driving me made what the hub was in a mindless Sunday night kinda way, so a nice problem to have eh!!
