had this dilemma and concluded that you really need 3..
transition = walking , cycling, outdoor activities (UK)
clear = winter, really really grey day, backup lens
sunnies = driving, or holidays in the tropics (or some very sunny countries, transition darkness just doesn’t cut it)

hi, sorry, I think I saw it on the wrong website 😳

I really have no idea about this, I am just asking in behalf of ironlady friend who is deep into this overspending madness of a hobby and aims to participate different countries in annual basis.. she was actually aiming for IM Stafford as it is just near from my place but I cannot booked a holiday off work that time, hence choosing Bolton instead. I just wanted to know how much the entry fee really if anyone participated last or this year.

Im with sx xc here, van is not for everyone. I convince myself last year that I would or can ignore shortcomings of a van to a car, a year after i hated the van but maybe because I do hate driving too, I look at driving as necessary evil to get to point A to B, i missed the high torque high bhp car only just because I just want to get from point A to B as quick as I can.. A Van just doesn’t cut it. … If you dont have problem driving a box tin can then by all means get one it has its ups too. Hth

Thanks lads, its just over £7k ..electronic transfer seems best and hassle free. Thanks for confirming no timeframe to worry if between different banks.

However i did manage to build a the whole decking with Worx 12v li-on as my Bosch (blue) died, was impress with the Worx little drill if only it has 2 batteries so i dont have to wait 30min charge.

its the long steep “killing me softly” climbs that made me regret getting XX1 i’m on 32 too. I have no problem with it anywhere in Cannock ..but the likes of Shropshire made me wish I should have stayed with 2x.

Had a silly off 2 years ago, i havent been that same rider since then.. There are rare days that i ride tense and cut my ride short instead.. I become boring but a bit smarter rider now i guess, only time i let loose is when i wear dark sunglasses and the day suddenly becomes dark and cloudy and can only see half of what the terrain actually looks like.

Goodluck OP hope you get your mojo back
