this is why I will never buy a new build houses again, have the same issue, next door neighbour moved out after 2 years and multiple numbers of fixing their lawn (the builders cost) I just observed if it is really going to work as I have noticed when I build my shed and dug a feet out its all clay and rubble.. it really needs a drainage.

the sick shitty smell aroma is probably gone all the way into foam in the seats.. if you are really bothered by it, remove it and wash it then hang it dry, i heard it is going to be sunny this week then hang a net bag of charcoal in the backseat for the time being this would take out the smell.

@prawny I am looking at google streetmaps in that red circle area, why are houses different to each other? .. I saw a very nice one in Abbey Street, but seems strange as it is the only nice(ish) looking house in that street (detached with gate and all that stuff)
