Sorry to hear. Been in this situation last january. Scare the bejesus out of me thinking there is nothing out there.. Truth is it just seems nothing out there. Mig robot welding .. Face the industrial fan for 30min on myself where its supposed to face the robot electronics (actually robot and me took turns every 30min) .. 7hours later robot dead with system display “over temperature” and need to be turn off and cool down 😆

I always have lower back pain (and pain last till the next morning) whenever im riding after 2+ hours… I always start strong when im cycling in good proper position But after 45min – 1hr my body position goes south..then chocolate leg suffers and hands go pins and needles cause of death grip.. So i assume this is due to very weak core strength.. Im middle age and never do any exercise about this. ..just want simple exercises thats easy to follow.

Wow this was my issue since grade school… Luckily i always have an excuse i can pull out of the hat.. Until last 3 yrs ago on that fateful night…..(was 32 yrs old) . Where i either i do it or im too be branded as uncool for the rest of my life by my subconscious mind… God knows how many shots of mixed beer whiskey and shooters for me to do it.. But i did dance (well thats what they said the next morning 🙄 ) and i passed-out 30min later.

Ok. Just finished reading, very entertaining and captures the realism of an everyday rider ..worth every penny and my time. Thank you.
