i don’t understand that “quick”link wording in 10speed as well.. as you need proper chain pliers to fit it. KMC gold quicklinks can actually be done by hands like the 9speed SRAM before.

I think the big one kinda protect the inner one coming loose. .. Like the other sram crank i deal before… This one is the super size of that for some reason

To be honest i don’t know how to remove the inner nut/bolt yet till i remove this big one.

Im using a tapered fork if that helps.. Bought the 49IETS ..the lowers fit flush.. The upper would not. Im thick 🙁

I probably didnt illustrate properly.. The carbon headtube has a metal inside for the headset fixture..the headset does not really touch the carbon frame..but that metal thingy already placed inside the headtube of the carbon frame..same goes for the BB.
