For the price difference, i think i can live with lack of dedicated effective bike mounts..(but im sure i have seen somewhere ❓ )

Exactly what i was thingking with less start-stop.. Tried yesterday going to sherwood pines from west midlands.. Use the fastest route on the way there..and it makes me take the m69–>A46 to Newark then country roads most 50/60mph the rest of the way…. On the way back i choose the eco route.. And it takes me inside a small town 30mph (its the town where you turn left on the way out of sherwood pines) with loads of traffic lights (pedestrian) then m1 and m69 ❓ …imo the fastest route is the eco route 😕

Thanks guys , very helpful.. I will google everything suggested as i really have no clue of the mentioned what it looks like and how to apply…. 1 more thing..do you put rubber mat in the flooring ..i assume the camping rubber mat thingy would work underneath the floor plyline?

Or would this do the job to stick from floor to roof?

if they have a mint in demand car then they will do that harry.
Not bothered TBH. The car was right as was the price. I just thought I’d give it a go.

I think this is what happened. Its pre reg .0 mileage. 4grand off the price in the showroom and internet like for like..they throw in wooden bulk head to close out noise totally from the back, i said don’t bother just the ply linings and a year VED free please.

I probably overdressed down ( went in straight from work full of metal shavings in my uniform) that they think i am wasting their time and might not able to afford it in the first place 😐

Im just confused how the no claims bonus gonna work? As I understood it can only be used to one of the vehicle.. But which is which. Will have to ring my car insurance tomorrow, but would like to know how other people deal with this.

    @ gobochul… Please elaborate. Thanks.

@ Unovolo .. Thats exactly what I dont understand.. Kinda put me off now getting a van as personal vehicle home to work and bike van on the weekends… I may have to reconsider getting a transit connect combi and just take off all back seats.. Anyways will know laters. Going to the dealer now.. Thanks all for the reply.

I dont think i have cross threaded it as I screw it in just using my hand carefullytill I cant screw it in no more, its then i used the tools to tighten (which i thought is a decent tool till now).. I might get that lezyne bb tool as i need it anyway.

Thanks gravity salve .. Im in the midlands..

BB says to tighten. There is an arrow.. i am undoing it the other way..untighten.. Yes removed cranks.. Removing cranks is easy enough.. No issues there.

Is this enough? Or have to get a bigger one?

I used bb removal tool.. This:

    http://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-performance-external-bottom-bracket-wrench/

Have no problem removing an uberbike ht2 BB in other bike. Less succesful in GXP BB..

Actually just fitted BB last wednesday all kosher using parktool grease then hand to fully screw it in then tools to tighten it.. I ride in the thursday.. And wanting to removed it the friday and this happened 😐

Thanks, for letting me know that bearings can easily be whacked out., hopefully that would lessen the stress off the thread.. Then drill.. I cant sourced out a strap thingy without buying one.. Stillson wrench quite expensive 😛 and I dont think I will have enough leverage using molegrips .. Thanks all for the time. Somehow gave me an idea to DIY
