it must be a must with the amount of reckless drivers around nowadays, actually felt vulnerable without it, quite sad really.. how they passed the driving test baffles me

buy it dude, you will be in a better position in few years time for a scrappage scheme when they sorted the technology of charging points and batteries and can full charge a car battery in 2 minutes time or less and modify all residential house to have charging points and also figure outs how to make all batteries recyclable

I buy the Mercedes homologated Contis for my Skoda. They are often £10 – £20 cheaper than the generic fit version

..and the mercedes homologated tyres has a C” rating for petrol economy whilst the rest has has E” rating

where the hate coming from beemer drivers? I notice this everyday in the motorway where i’m just cruising behind (safe distance) to a lorry, just chilling/killing time really and listening to old music and plenty of cars hesitant to overtake .. i think they are thinking I will just move to their lane without indicating :| very strange

btw, what is this stick that has arrow sign in my steering wheel, I have it since new.. salesman clueless as well, might just leave it then

happened to me when my car got rear-ended in a traffic light-stop.. other party admitted fault and would be happy to sort out everything by 3rd their insurance but I still rung my own car insurance to let them know about it as is stated in my car insurance policy to let them know so and so… my insurance company advises me to let them sort it all out as if there is something about the repair that I am not happy about, it would be easier to chase them as they are my own car insurance which I pay to do this kind of situation … i don’t know if i did the right thing letting them sort it out as it took them almost 3 weeks to repair a car rear bumper.

very surprising no love for the yaris

as comment from above, autotrader your budget and get the insurance quote as it cost too much to insure since this year mine went up like 30-40% (so as others i’ve asked)

look for kia cars 7yrs warranty if you can bagged one.

i have the same Virgin broadband package as you dude (£30). its awesomely quick but maybe because the main exchange is literally just outside my house, the Tivo is thrown in for free but mostly standard channels very few HD channels. TiVO is the slowest UI that’s true that I want to hit it with a hammer every time I use it. nothing beats SKY when it comes to TV package… BT probably the worst in TV package which I had before my Virgin package.

they have the new TiVO box smaller one which they say a bit quicker, they give me the old one huge like DVD player.. I cant complain as its free.

belvedere hotel (midtown).. close to time square and most places you need. very good stay here with the family and very reasonable price but we got it in a promo, we booked way ahead of time … if you have to choose which to climb between rockefeller and empire state.. choose the rockefeller and have pics of empire state as background.. go to brooklyn there is a place there where you can walk and see the NY skyline.. i changed £100 to all $1 bill in tesco prior leaving, trust me its very handy for tipping (seems like its their way of life there for any service provided) and buying bottled water (plenty of walking)

PS dont forget to leave a tip for the cleaning lady in your hotel room everyday before you leave maybe $3-5 (they appreciate it and give you more coffe or biscuits whatever

thanks all, might choose bardolino, will only stay for long birthday weekend (fri, sat, sun, mon evening back to sunny UK).. sadly I can’t drive anywhere where driving is on the right side of the road, I can’t switch my head to adapt for some reason :( …I was in lake como last summer where ferry is convenient, i assume the same for lake garda?

how did you go from Verona to Bardolino? thinking of getting a bus from Verona Station to Bardolino (about an hour bus ride) … or would train be better? Verona to Peschiera then bus/taxi to Bardolino?
