I’m just tucking into one of these bad boys. Good pastry matched with a good meaty filling.

I bought similar but found the smallest one was still too big to get inside the smaller horst bearings. It was however, handy if they fall apart and you’re left with just the outer shell left in the frame.

Another +1 for GSF. As above, they’ve done 40%+ off every weekend for the past month or so. Just sign up to their emails.
Oil can be pricey but they seem to know what they are talking about when i’ve asked them for advise in the past.

Used to do that during my summer working in Greece. We’d take the trailer of rubbish to the tip and have a nap on the back of the truck in the sun

I do a KB class once per week on a Monday at 6am. Its an awesome way to start the week. I do pretty much everything (swings/squats/presses/turkish-get-ups) with a 16kg although some of the routines we do include doubling up and doing squats and presses. (2x16kg)

Overall as others have said, i’ve just seen an improvement in overall mobility and core strength. Highly recomend you get someone to show you what to do. I found that with a 12kg, my technique was poor, however moving to a 16kg improved things massively. If you’re based Manchester way i can receomend a very good coach/trainer

As trail rat says, they can look ok from the outside and even when giving them a tap, but under the skin they can be proper rotten.
My MK1 didn’t look too bar bar a bit of surface rust. This was what was below:

My old man emailed VW about this exact topic the other day as his went in for a service earlier in the week and the update wasn’t available.

Basically they said they are still working on a fix and it would be rolled out over the next 6-12months generally as cars came in for service or MOT.

I assume they are struggling to make them pass!
