if ur wanting them man made trails ur not too far from that new stuff at whinlatter if not then…. ive done scarth gap pass, honister pass coming down into wharnscale bottom and black sail none of the really join but all in my opinion are awesome if you can include them in some kinda route, however all hike a bike to the top… and then very techy down.

spotify is excellent to listen to pretty much any song that has been released however n my opinion crap for radio stations. you can listen to almost everything, as long as it has been released, for free. if you have itunes, try the radio sections on there, there are hundreds of radio stations on there for free with almost every genre of music!

if your going to the lakes for a weekend then dont bother with the trail centres get on the bridleways and tracks sooooooooooo much more fun!! i recommend walna scar road and…. erm..and pretty much most bridlewys will please you muchly.

my reign bearings made an ‘ORRIBLE cracking sounds when you squished the suspension that sounded like the bike was about to snap, mines were proper nackered tho. to begin with you could feel a slight bit of play when you lift the seat.

posted my last post before i read yor crouch that sounds excellent! ill certianly give a lot of thosethings a go. the getting much of a full on job thing is kind of hard though as im at uni 5 days a week doing first yea architecture wich is quite demanding but i have applied for a few and am trying to get one yeah. im hoping to do some kind of marathon in april wich will be a good help i think and i think writing to trusts and companis would be cool, never thought of the writing to copanies and offering something like a slideshow etc.. thanks alot. btw i 18 so some things mentioned in peoples posts not quite possible:(

IVe got a reign and its freekin awesome!! raced the Mountain mayhem on it (xc to the max) and did two weeks in the alps on it!! does everyhting for me, even tho i have just bought another bike, but sssh dont tell it.
