Am i allowed to bite cyclists if i am startled and it’s just my instincts? or does that that apply to only dogs?

Also, if you cannot control your dog it is not under control regardless of it is ‘normally’ obedient.

In 2011, New York had 234 people killed in road accidents, 134 were pedestrians

in 1900, New York had 200 people killed in accidents with Horses and Horse drawn carriages

and accounting for population increase that probably works out way more were killed in 1900 per person

I have 140-115 manitou forks on my current bike and can’t remember the last time they were below 140mm and I commute on this bike!

I’m just a fit and forget type person though really, I opted for fixed 160mm for my new build.

Thanks for the replies, looks like I will go for the 2.5 if they come up small…

Probably wire is used most minions as it’s aimed at DH where weight is less of an issue.

Mostly for the south Wales trail centres, so based on that decided was between these and the hans dampf but much prefer having different front and rears so this seems like a tried and tested combo

How do the sizes compare? Is a 2.3 minion the same time size as a 2.3 HR2?

I had a situation where my letting agents evicted me after I enquired as to why they charge £80 for printing a new agreement with a different year on it and they didn’t have an answer.

They disputed the condition of the house I moved out of despite me actually fixing things whilst i lived there that they had failed to do so was actually in better condition than when I moved in! They said it cost £150 to get “professionaly cleaned” and claimed the rest of the deposit was owed due to rent arrears. The house was perfectly clean and I had paid the rent on time every month I lived there! robbing bastards the lot of them.

I disputed it with the deposit company and requested an invoice to prove the cost of cleaning and provided 2 years of bank statements showing the rent had been paid, got the deposit back within 2 weeks. Seems like your deposit company are being less than helpful in this circumstance

Attention to detail is not something I’m known for.

Good idea sticking to the non-life-giving-to-trails-size-wheels, don’t want to get the missus used to riding with an extra few inches under her, might not ever want to go back…

….To 26″ wheels when this whole wheel size blip is over (any other meaning taken from my words is down to the readers dirty mind)

People who ride rigid bikes must just be really skint then ;)
Nothing to do with the fact that fastest bike to get up/ down a hill is not what everyone wants, if your not racing then surely fun is the most important thing?

you’ve forgot to call it a “rig” or “steed”
    Looks like a sweet rig/steed bro ;)

Thinking about building a bike for my missus as borrows mine but they are all a bit big for her*

*may be used as an excuse to build a 4X/DJ bike she will likely never use

Great game, Wales did well. Totally agree Barnes should have let the try happen then gone back to check. Some dodgy decisions at the breakdown but overall Aus deserved it.

    Cheers for all the advice.

Samsung or the new Acer seem like the ones to go for.
