Best vehicle I had that ticks those boxes was a Mitsubishi Delica 4×4 bus great bit of kit in its day.

The most unsatisfactory vehicles I have owned for utility were crew cab pickups no load space no pasenger space and crap handaling.

My LR frame had a hole in a weald on the seat stay the brake post mounts all needed to be taped and the fork post monts are out of line the early silver frames seam to be the worst and PX did not step up to bat …I like the frame but the qc is poor had i inspected the pruduct first i would not have bought it but it was mail order to france.

+ one for what doncorleoni said, put 28mm back on my london road its not an mtb and a 29er with slicks does it so much better imho.

Had a bab back most of my working life and find cycling really helps but I do use a suspension seat post on the mtb makes a big difference for me.

My left leg is about 8mm shorter than my right when I worked in a job where I was on my feet all day it was a problem and gave me back problems, changed jobs and it went away my left knee sometimes aches when cycling I allways set the seat height to the shorter leg I dont use the heel wedges anymore.

I have an 04 and pops has a 2000 both reliable the 2000 is just as good as the 04 maybe abit more thirsty but noy much.but if yo dont need the 4×4 bit get an estate far better economy bigger load space more comfort and soo much better for long distance driving imo loved my accord auto.
