Last line from her “So txt my phone instead of FB!!!! Or I’ll have a chat ova coffee. If all else fails mates”
It’s the ‘if all else fails’ bit that rings alarm bells!

I thinks she means if Viagra is required

I got involved with a no strings relationship with an engaged lass in Uni, was fun but she did get a bit clingy…cake and eat it comes to mind!

Looked like Nicole off the renault ad, so was happy to keep it going until something more serious came along!

Go for it but avoid involving her kids, you two are grown ups they don’t need any hurt

I just bought some Asics from sports direct, had a pretty good choice TBH, I checked results and did 1.57 16th in 40-44 age group… with no running practice so hope to do a bit better this yr… there was one sharp kick up last yr I rode and people were three abreast walking it…got “assertive” telling them to get out of the way as I was riding it when some guy told me I shouldn’t be

Luddites thought sowing seed by hand was the only way to go

Give the guy a break….. I’m not an on one/ planet x sycophant (dont own a single item from either) but its ok kit for not much money which keeps a bunch of people employed…

Heyup Cardiff… its a proper giggle mate… triathletes make bad road riders…you wanna see them off road

last yrs was brilliant fun, best advice is get some proper off road trainers (technical description!) first run was fairly lumpy with some slippery/rooty bits connecting fire roads.

it was a lap of the red last yr…ok generally but difficult to pass people in places without being “assertive”… great payback watching the runners struggle on mtbs though

peice de resistance was the last run…right boggy laugh round the lake and up and down a near vertical bank..needed to pull yourself up using trees!

Jeffus is right it was cold/sleety last yr, hills shorter than Cwmcarn (from memory) more up then down rather than long climbs, think I did 1.50 ish and I’m no runner…see you there!

ps rocket rons should be fine, aspens for me!

yep but the Fox issue is a bit different… you’ve got the cruelty case, class war element don’t think the public care that much about MTB access rights

my first post specifcally mentions footpaths on their land…if they say its ok we can ride them!

    whytetrash

Hmmm so you’d pay £30 notes to somebody to ask politely if the landed gentry mind scruffy oiks riding accross their land (guess the answer)

or pay £30 to an organisation that could tell you X number of landowners in your area had opted in allowing you access to Y miles of footpath

Councils cant afford to upgrade rights of way…so how long do you guys think these changes would take by campaigning alone?

Aracer nope the bridleway served a former leadmill cart access to the coast not up to the road nearby!

I know I can ride anywhere if am prepared to be hassled…looking for a solution…in my lifetime ideally

not talking about an isolated 300m though am I!…imagine if 90% of farmers in England and Wales opted in… you could pretty much ride anywhere

Campaigning gets you nowhere fella…I’m involved in a big MTBing project and some landowners wont consider a route accross their land…

Distributing licences online would be simple, think fishing licence…
as would caculating a formula for reimbursing farmers

its the principle would you stump up the cost of a Hi Roller to legitimise your cheeky trails?

    Hi fella

Glad you asked this because I’m currently looking for people to advertise at/sponsor this place http://www.marshtracks.co.uk

It’s not proving as easy as I’d expected, so how about I turn the question round how do I get people like you interested?

To answer you though I’d pick riders who are approachable, talented is one thing but you need people who have time for the “fans” …think Nick Craig and you wont go far wrong

Cheers Bimbler…just a bit scared of dropping the bread cos it’s easy and quick to calculate carb content and my insulin ratios with it…Mrs is a coeliac too so Idaves diet could suit us both

Dave I was/am Justin lived with big Si Hotchkin probably riding a bright yellow Alpinestars Al Mega DX last time we met…been type 1 diabetic 2 yrs in Jan so really interested in all this but active in job and ride & run a fair bit so unsure how diet works if active everyday…hypos suck

Hi all been hearing good things about this diet off a diabetic mate of mine… Fraser ( we were both at Staffs with you iDave I think?)keeps his sugar levels super stable… appeals to me!

What do you guys do for packed lunches?…I eat one everyday and it’s usually bread dominated…microwave in work but thats it

neighbour was into Herbalife…still got a garage full and got stiffed by the lass on the next level of the Pyramid, his wife left and he’s got no friends…just saying like

Yeti should honour the warranty on these frames…the punter buys them as brand new off CRC unaware they’ve come via Stalin Cycles or whatever, its the same product built in the same factory to do the same job!

Yep it’s a pain if a few of these frames end up in warranty claims for evolution to sort but that’s their job as the customer facing representatives of Yeti in the UK… the potential bad PR which could arise if someone makes a claim and gets it knocked back would be far more damaging to Yeti…Evolution don’t have the best rep for warranty on official yeti imports either mind!

dadster weight loss is the same for all of us…less calories in, more calories burnt!

Just try reducing your portion sizes, since i did Dafne I’m weighing cereals bread pasta etc to get carb levels accurate…I was eating way more than recommended portion sizes

check your long acting doses aren’t too high if you are always hungry too… just drop intake by 100kcal a day and you’ll be 12st by xmas

fenreds right about the fats slowing carb usage down…my levels stay high for ages after a big curry feast
