had XC3's for about a year and thought they were very good until i put some 32h mavic 717's on king hubs on the bike, then i noticed how flexy the Hopes are and the spokes kept snapping at the nipple and hope are the only place you can get the spokes from

the reason people use amps is more to do with quality as allthough your head unit has enough power in theory a seperate (quality) amp will have far better headroom and control over the speaker . and as for all the crap about blowing speakers – you would notice the distorted (clipped) sound long before they blew as it becomes very uncomftable listen to . with an amp you could allways add a subwoofer which would take the bass work off your front speakers

do people not ride just to ride anymore and enjoy just being on their bike or do they they need mtb handed to them on a plate , this was once classed as a EXTREME sport – can you believe people used to ride mtb's before C-Y-B started this trail centre boom . As for the cafe last time i looked we had more than one cafe in N WALES

it,s been doctored the second wagon never went in , also if you have the room where your siting the crane you always try to lift over the back of the crane, but it will lift to it's max 360 degrees and in this country the crane has to lift upto 125% while being tested for it's 4yr test .

Have been using a Hope ceramic for 12 months now and it's fantastic you can feel the lack of friction from the first pedal stroke , have flipped the seals off one and regreased it .

as FOG said just undo the bleed nipple slightly as your pushing the pistons back will sort it as the formuls pads must be guite thin . As for sticky pistons push the pistons out but not all the way then pour some brake fluid on them to lube the O rings leave them for a bit to soak , push them back in clean then RIDE .

what sealant do people use in the kenda's as i've seen that stan's can react with them and delaminate the tyre causing them to deform and fail
