Have a look at the Osprey Momentum 26. It will be big enough for all your stuff and looks vaguely smart. I use one for commuting to work and has been good since buying it in September.

If the duckling lessons you are going to are the Puddleducks ones, stick at it. The Manchester one is well run and does not pressure you into doing swimming type things that you or little one are not comfortable with. We have a 22 month old and some weeks she is great and today she screamed the place down cause her hair got wet.

    Good luck.

We have a Quinny Buzz 3 and it has been great over the last 11 months. We also got a Maxi Cosi car seat which can fit onto the Buzz frame with some adaptors which are supplied with the car seat.

We have also found that on walks where a buggy would be too much hassle, a baby bjorn carrier has been great.

Enjoy your sleep while you can!!

Try and have a look at Skytrax or Seat guru website as these may give you review from people who have travelled with Emirates recently and if power sockets were installed in economy.

If still feeling ropey tommorow, go the chemist and get some sachets of Diarolyte. It repalces salts and sugars which are lost in a bout of illness. If you google Diarolyte, you’ll find out all about it.

Cheers for the advice. Was looking at a Neoguard but was’nt sure they would work and a flipper on the back.

Cheers for that. I need something easy to make sure my knees/arms/legs can take it.
