I think they make great links to rides all over the UK and my daughter has thrived since she started out riding the local lines.

The man is dying of cancer and is using his name and profile to help raise funds for research & support for cancer in the way he best can, a football match.

I just see a lot of fat kids down my gym lifting crazy weights and talking about going to mcdonalds when there done?
There's a few prima donna's who spend more time looking in the mirror putting their hair right than lifting owt, waste of £30 a month IMO

I joined for the variety it would offer me. Went to the USA once (for 4 months) I took mtb trusty 1992 Raleigh Amazon MTB with me to Fasrain, did loads of riding locally, sadly the bike never made it back over the border. Swopped it for a lift home one weekend.

Barcelo Atenea Mar, right on the beach and a 5min walk to the metro at Selva de Mar. Within 5mins your in the middle of town, if your there for a few days buy the T10 ticket metro pass for about 10euro at the metro stations, normally each trip was around 1.60.

Get the train from the airport into town, around 5euro each IIRC. Just a 5min walk from the airport terminal.

I left Northern Rock years ago and they carried on paying me for 3 months afterwards (I got a payrise aswell!!), I rang up to tell them on numerous occasions to see if they would like the money back. It bounced around a few offices and desks until it got to the Lawyer who sent me a CCJ. (w4nker)
I offered the cash back and they said see you in court, in the end they said they would work out how much I owed them and they would take a cheque. Sent me a bill for £1100…mugs

I had a blue mouth at the weekend after pedalling over a pile of horsey poo and swallowing a fly or six, the old couple walking the dog on the same track weren't impressed by my outburst!

CaptJon, the drive to Kirroughtree is a lot longer than GT from Newcastle, make a weekend of it if your going. But its worth it.

Not as clear as the Barton incident in Liverpool. young men, drink, late night, barny nothing new in that, but don't turn this into another Liverpool hating thread otherwise its going to end the same way as the last one you started did.

Kirroughtree, but GT does have great facilities as well as riding.

My knees were not happy this morning. I have also aquired a black and blue left arm and shoulder thanks to what I thought was a little bump into a tree.

twas I on the red spesh. How d'ya do. Did you stay much longer on section 13?

Looks like it was just the four of us Mike.

Drac you missed a good day out, weather was great despite the dodgy forecast, and conditions were not that bad considering the last couple of weeks.

I think the mithcell johnson road show came to a crashing halt, how many wide balls?
Brett Lee wouldv'e finished us off no probs.

I have never been so drunk in my life as I was at my mates (Sikh) wedding, good god those guys like a drink (and it was all free to :D) the food was fantastic and the music was amazing.
Was one of the last ever big weddings at the now (long) departed Mayfair Ballroom in Newcastle. What a day.

Why are my smiley faces things not working?

The wife said we should sell it, but I’d be lucky to get £500 and its worth more to me if I keep it and things do go pear shaped.

I’m fearing the worst, the year old mondeo estate may be going back to the leasing company soon. Fortunately (and I use the term in its most loosest(spelling?) sense) I chose to keep hold of my own car a w reg daewoo nubira estate, I can hear your jealousy from here.

Fingers crossed I can get to at least Christmas. Good luck with the job hunting people

The location for your theatre provides you with the Hadrian cycleway which will take you into the city centre and beyond or out to the coast.
If you have some transport you can always head for Chopwell Woods 30 min drive roughly, Hamsterley is about an hour away and Drac could point you to the wonders of Northumberland

My boss emailed me today for first time in 7 weeks (some might say thats a great thing) he wants to do a 1/4 review next week, the week before we have our team meeting. I asked the 3 other guys in the team if they were getting one as well…..no was the answer.
This will be our 1st team meeting of the year and my 1st 1/4 review of the year, maths don’t appear to be a strong point of the boss despite being the sales “manager”.
We normally only have contact with him when the sales figures are poor for the month, other than that there is not much in the way of support or advice, I’m guessing the review is happening as a result of 2 months of sales at only 70% of target.
I figured I’d be ok til Christmas, I’m starting to fear the worst….

We have dancing dougy & Nicolas in Gateshead, both have youtube history though I doubt either would know what the internet is. Dougy will dance round the traffic lights and street lights from one end of Low Fell to the other, he can hang a tab end on his bottom lip all day without it falling off.
Nicolas has serious tourettes and is always on the look out for 20p, which he usually sticks in a fruit machine in the local pub, I witnessed him dropping the jackpot in the Vic one night the poor kid nearly died of shock.
Nick’s best trick is in waving down buses and taxis and then giving them gordon ramseys finest verse when they pull over.
