thing is these 'opportunities' come along few and far between for local councillors or indeed local media and they have to make the most of a situation to improve the cv. its a sad inditement, but all to common.

I was at the ACPO conference in Manchester last week and saw Sue Sim wandering around, my colleague said ' is she an extra from that gene hunt show?, all that 80's hair thing gong on'

good to see the local councillor looking smart on the tv at midnight, clearly a career politician in the making.
just seen the weather forecast, doesn't look good for the nght ahead.

I can't believe Gazza has turned up, truly bizzare. Apparently he took moat a can of lager and a bit chicken! He could do with another spell in a secure unit poor bloke

you best drag corky out the pub now if he's on with you tomorrow. Otherwise he'll be regalling you of stories of how things like this were a daily thing in Gateshead.

though knowing him you've probably heard them all before……

going to get dark fairly soon, things might change, police can work shifts but there's only one of him. interesting to see how long he can keep this up, assuming he's been awake since early doors.

My boss tells me to 'chillaxe' ….hhmmmmmm

    enough already

every thing that is spoken in the BB house

the word 'legend' when applied to footballers under the age of 30, popstars who've had 2 singles released and film stars from romcoms and the like.

across the piece – I can barely tolerate any BS business speak

I love reading about other peoples adventures on here, great story and pics, this kinda stuff really keeps you enthused about the sport and makes you think about what's out there beyond your comfort zone and usual riding

The commentators drive you mad, but try listening with the sound off??
It's Clive Tyldsley and Jim Beglin who talk the most sh!t for me, Mark Bright on BBC is hopeless as well. heard Robbie savage on 5live yesterday they seem to have the better co commentators always tend to get a laugh from them, no sitting on the fence. Savage was actually getting his digs in to Jurgy Low the german coach 'looks like a man to old to have that much black hair, I reckon its out of the bottle' said robbie with his bleach blonde locks flowing in the hot air he was spouting.
Colin Murray on fighting talk is top notch, really good show.

Corden probably isn't the problem its the media all wanting the flavour (all be it not to everyones taste) of the month to front there latest pish show, money talks.
Haven't watched any of his shows other than G&S which I can take or leave frankly, but a lot of his work seems to bear a striking resemblence to that of Ricky Gervais, make a show with me being me in it and pretend its just my stage persona thats a cock and not me

CG all is well in the Alwinton/Clennell St area's. Did a 15 miler last night from Barrowburn Bunk house where we stayed, coming down Clennel St and out of Alwinton. Did a larger loop around Clennell St and upto Bloodybush and back today, very nice.

Weather was really good, dry winds keeping all of the riding in good condition.

    Enjoy.

bugger, wish I'd never asked. I'm in Northumberland doing a bothy trip Fri/Sat and could have really done with a few more miles in the legs, was peed off to have to come down here and now I find this. Going to bed now so I'm not depressed in the morning.
As for riding in my boxers…well maybe not on the bike! (at least not one with wheels  )

Just the volume of bikers (darkside & mtb) got me kicking myself straight off. To make matters worse my room in the hotel is opposite the pedal&spokes shop, and all i've got to do down here is talk shop for 3 days with colleagues, I could cry.

the doc printed off something from a website that said,

'some prefer the traditional method of hitting the cyst with a large book, traditionally a large family sized bible to remove the offending growth'

I'm not trying that even if God is on my side. And we only have family size boxes of cereal at my gaff and defeating an ungodly cyst with 650gram box of rice krispies ain't gonna do much good

agree with most of above. A lot of players have missed lots of games through injury or form has been consistently poor this season yet still appear in squad. I think Carrick and Gerrard have been really slack this season but couldn't see SG ever getting dropped, but Carrick? please do me a favour, reminds me of Ray Wilkins I'm sure he thought he was playing rugby, he never passed the ball forward.

    I see your point Burls.
Its a small piece of metal and trying to create a bbq on the cheap when you can get them at halfords, b&q for a tenner or less, risk assessed you might give it a miss.

Kuco, propane, now that would be a different kettle of fish altogether. Keep a fair distance from that one if someone fires up an angle grinder. Good for youtube and nowt else!

Burls, have been in cylinder gas business for years and our retail outlets sell lots of these things and customers often bring them back when empty, we normally empty them and run the fork truck over them and chuck em on the scrap pile. You could probably get into them with a pair of tin snips never mind an angle grinder.

edit? BBC, PA, Reuters could be anybody or the agency the Phot works for?
Most DSLR's have a cable link to laptops, been to a couple of footy matches in the last few years and spent more time jealously watching the phots round edge of pitch than game, looks like a branch of currys in a field

EDIT. wifi memory cards? what witchcraft is this? my god I behind the times!
