The image you link to, the crank has the octalink logo on the crank arm, so I’m guessing octalink? 😕

    I gave up . . . .

The Cane creek s8 crown race seems to have a rubber ring under and to it’s outer extremity, that makes it very difficult to get a gap at all to work on, anyone else had this problem? Where the minimal gap is or should be is bunged by this rubber . . .

I’m considering trying to get the rubber part off, so I can get under it properly, but it does appear to be integrated as an integral part of the race?

Just watched a you-tube video, but their crown race didn’t have this rubber bit on!

Assuming your paying for your bank account, . . it’s not free!

I did this for ages, until I decided paying for a bank account is pointless.

So now I don’t pay for my new account, which saves me £16 a month, and I have car breakdown cover for £26 a year.

Sorry, that came out a bit more aggressive than I intended.

I just think it’s courteous to give readers an idea of what the thread’s about, then they can read it or avoid it depending on interest. I also find it a little rude to just give a link with no preamble; that’s what makes somewhere like STW different from, say, BBC News.

we’re all friends again, . . critique noted.

Just edit your post next time then instead of repeatedly typing CLICK SAD MAN and you won’t give people a false impression.

You make a vaild point, . . . I’ve forgiven you. 😀 DO NOT CLICK THIS ICON IT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING!

He’s directing you to click the unhappy emoticon as he’s hidden the link in there thinking it’s clever.

Actually, It was a mistake, I didn’t mean to link it to the icon . . . so feel free to apologise.

I’m confused. Are you saying he’s a sad man, or you’re sad about it, man.

    Don’t be really . . .

It’s in relation to the sad man Icon, as I linked it to the sad man icon, . . . but yep I’m sad about it. 🙁 DONT CLICK this Sad man – it won’t do anything.

    Ah, right. That was interesting.

Would it kill people to provide some information above and beyond a partially hidden link to another website? Ideally in the subject title, then I don’t have to waste my time reading sports stories?

Or even some commentary, what you thought about the story and why you’re posting it? We all have the Internet.

    Love and kisses,

    Cougar.

Sorry Sir, . . . forgive me, I forgot your apple this morning Sir, . . . is that why you’ve given me detention Sir? 🙄

I’d sit in A&E for 4 hours, or pick your time to go and wait for less time . . . might be a pain in the bum, but going down there at 5 or 6 in the morning, you will likely get seen fairly quickly.

Have a good feed before you go, take water, a snack, a read and your walkman, . . sorted.

Looks like everyone goes to Boston . . .

    Washington it is then.

I spent a couple of days there, interesting museums, Capitol building, all the monuments, plenty to see, also Georgetown over the river is nice for an afternoon and there’s the cemetery!

My brother had it in his garden, a new house when they moved in.

Took a while to get rid, he then had the whole garden re-landscaped, which helped.

To look at the garden now you would never know it had had a problem.

I think the I-drive system is thought of as being a bit old and outdated, it hasn’t changed much at all since it’s first inception – seem to recall it’s great climbing, but not as sorted as more up-to-date systems generally.

There were quite a lot of GT Hardtails at MM, my first mountain bike was a GT hardtail – now my brothers!
