I’d come off the Hagley Rd and head down to Oldbury, go straight over the island by the motorway towards Oldbury take a right at the island by Sainsbury’s, then follow that under the Motorway, straight on through Smethwick towards Brum, you then come to an island take the left down the side of The Moilliet Arms Pub, follow the road to the end, turn left with the hospital on your right, follow down, go straight over the big Island, then get in right hand lane for parking behind Symphony Hall.

Selling they need to supply you these obviously.

I’d post out asap when the money clears and is in the account, which is normally the same day.

If your paying I’m afraid you just have to take them on their word that they are genuine and wait for it once you’ve paid.

Ask them to email you once it’s cleared and when you can expect to receive it.

Either way, I always make sure i keep them informed either way.

At least you’ll know who they are, where they bank etc . . .
