9/11 reality is the real drama.

Do try and stick with it.

Larry Silverstein the guy who made billions on the insurance regards 9/11 …admitted that they ‘pulled it’ (Building 7)…you know, the one that never got hit by a plane and fell at free-fall speed.

low and behold, building 7 was absent from the NIST report.

If one was pulled…they all were.

    It’s not conspiracy,..it’s the truth.

ps to whoever said my colleague was joking, you were not there, do not know my colleague,…i was…she wasn’t joking. Like her,..go keep eating your grass.

Instead of going away and doing some research, and perhaps debating/disagreeing with my points/opinion,…

…you put time and effort into that copy and pasting,…and nothing else… well done you on wasting about ten minutes of your time.

    shall i tuck you in?

    The implication being?

    the truth. the realisation.

you know…I told a work colleague that 9/11 was an inside job….

    her reply…

    It can’t be…the BBC haven’t made a documentary on it…

that thinking is pure……insanity and shows how well we are being controlled!

we need a revolution – trouble is, the vast majority are more interested in what is going to happen in Eastenders/Corry/the next series of Game of Thrones than what is actually going on around them, the real drama.

You live in a box, you watch a box, you leave life in a box….

    your choice.

Meanwhile a tower engulfed in flames doesn’t collapse?

We are just pawns in the game and we are moved around and sacrificed for the big boys, the kings and queens to take the glory.

    Wake up?

We don’t need, a new t-shirt, a new Iphone, and new stem,,,,we need realisation from the masses!

it should at least be, if we don’t hire you we will pay you for what you did, if we hire you, you don’t get paid for the trial day.

    that would seem fair.

you get to meet, make friends and talk with people you never new.

last year we ended up in a sing-a-long around a campfire with some lovely people, we didn’t really know and likely will never ever see again.

that’s what i like about it most.

though I got back into cycling through Mountain biking, my father had been a keen road cyclist and I rode a road bike in my youth when MTB were starting to appear, and he had taken me to the kelloggs tour etc, so there was always a love of road cycling there.

In the ten year haze of drinking and partying, I kind of forgot about it.

I moved to stafford for my first job and thought it would be an idea to save money by buying a mtb to get to work and i could also ride over the chase.
Which i happily did, then the mtb fascination kicked in, met great friends, great rides, etc.

Fast forward a few years, and i was once again in the position of being handily placed to cycle commute to work, so i got a vintage, cheapish, steel bike and did that, that is the moment i realised what i had been missing.

I find it more convenient just to get on the bike and go ride on road, much less hassle, doesn’t cost anything etc etc.

My mtb wheel has been in the shop almost 4 weeks, it is most likely done by now, but i’m in no rush because really my passion is now road cycling.

I’ve mountain biked once this year! :?

but i’m doing an old Marin up for the missus which may kind of be rideable for me also so that may well reignite the off road in me.

Now you’ve taken it to the shop, make sure they won’t charge labour per hour!

I took mine in and they got it out eventually and waived the hourly charge for the post as it would have been daft to charge me so much, so i took them some beers as a thank you.

if you leave the bike on the car, attach fishing line to it and then to your big toe, you will definetly know if someone is making away with it.

when you say massage, is this something you are doing/partner is doing or professional massage?

My first port of call would be a massage, see how that goes, might be a trapped muscle?

I was told going to the gym would help and I’ve had far less issues with my neck/shoulder issues since i’ve been working out. This of course needs to be done once the issue has gone away.

go once in the morning, and once in the evening. Use their showers after your workout.

You’ll look like Arnie 1978, and won’t have to worry about your shower, you are unlikely to even fit in the bathroom. :-)

according to my rather overpriced, yet free sock edition of the TdF guide, neither of the Yates brothers are riding the tour?

just seems like a common commute day to me.

I gave a woman the bird tonight for overtaking a cyclist on a bend in the opposite direction to me, she was heading right for me until she realised…i doubt she batted an eye-lid.

Also this week I had a deliberate close pass, after i kindly let a motorist out at an island, i heard a pip behind me, and then he obviously deliberately drove as close to me as possible, to point out his frustration at my kind gesture.

TV programming is just a way of keeping you sat on your sofa and numbing your brain so that you don’t realise what is actually going on in the world. It’s keeping you passive, inactive, uncreative, uneducated and unchallenging.

… and they charge you for it!

    errr no thanks.

    over 5 years without tv.
