Not sure how quick you need a car? But “Vulture mode – ON” we’ll be selling our 2011 (11 plate) Seat Ibiza 1.6 Tdi estate sometime around mid march once the new car arrives. Looking for about £7700. 1 owner from new, full seat history, 27k on the clock. It’s got all the main toys. AC, electric windows all round, privacy glass, alloys, cruise control.

Its under warranty until april/may time.

£30 Per year RFL and 60 mpg.

Hmm not selling it to me much. Would the blue route be better for a couple of laps? I don’t know the geography of the area that well.

If you can compromise on the estate bit this is very good value. I had one back in 04 built like a tank and very comfortable.

Try pulling the dishwasher out. Put some towels under the front and tip it right over towards you. Obviously make sure its empty first. Some dishwashers have a tray underneath that collect leaks but also have a float switch that cuts the power when full to save electric and water mixing. If that works I’d check all the door seals and try it again. If it trips again you may have another leak or possibly a faultly heating element you can check these with a multimeter.

3 or 4 of these 10W LED floods would do the job and cost peanuts to run.
    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10W-20-30W-50W-High-Quality-sensor-LED-Floodlight-Cool-Warm-White-Waterproof-/111195166558?pt=UK_Light_Bulbs&var=&hash=item19e3bf975e

Alternatively you could go for something more directional like these

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Garden-Spike-Twin-LED-Spotlight-3W-Warm-White-Day-White-RGB-Flood-Light-IP65-SMD-/190899437677?pt=UK_Garden_Lighting&var=&hash=item2c727e406d

You could go for the ones with the spike which could then be mortared into the pointing between the stone.

Being this setup might be temporary you could then use any of this lighting for future outdoor builds :D

Sorry for the late reply. Fan arrived late last week. It looks very similar to the more expensive EcoFans and alike.

Very quiet, nearly silent operation. Seems to even out the heat around our open plan living area. Adjoining rooms also seemed to be a little warmer. It should be easy to service parts wise too. Peltier & motor both look like the ones you can buy on ebay.

I’m impressed enough that we’ll be buying one for our other stove.

I’ve been meaning to build one since last winter. Spares shamefully sat in my workshop untouched. As much as it hurts an adopted Yorkshire man I’ve put my hand in my pocket and just bought one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B006ZX4NJA/ref=pe_385721_37986871_TE_item

Bit more stomach able than the £90-100 for the genuine eco fan models.

They said this morning that they take everyones full cash, but it’s no guarantee you’ll get anything at all. They might be out right now blowing the lot on coke and hookers

Probably not the first time the honest tax payer has paid for MPs coke and hookers :D I wonder what expenses code they go under……

To those that registered through the government site have you had money taken out of your account yet? I’ve had the full £3,000 I applied for taken out. Not sure if this means I’m getting £3k worth or will be refunded what/if I get any?

You need to size the walls with diluted wallpaper paste first. It stops the moisture being drawn our of the adhesive too quickly. It should tell you correct ratios on the back of the paste packet. Might be under papering onto fresh plaster or alike.

If no instructions you basically need to make a fairly small batch of paste up that is more like water than paste and apply over all the area to be papered. You could do it a couple of time perhaps the day before you paper. Do not use PVC or alike.

I’ve just taken a policy out with the AA (half my M&S renewal) I called to confirm that bike cover is new for old. For new or recent policies it is. This has changed fairly recently though.

0:48 to 1:30 is Embsay crag. I’ve never seen anybody take that route down. Its steep enough to walk it. Most riders take the easier route off to the right from the top.

Might need to pre-book my air ambulance if I ever try have the balls to try it.

Got a Ridgeback MX12 here. Well built and a great compromise between the cost of the Isla bike and poorly made cheap bikes.

The grey looks really good. We’ve replaced the front windows of our house with them and a large double french door. Our house is yorkshire stone. Everyone that’s seen the windows comments about how much better they look than the old white pvc.

Price wise ours windows are 2.5M wide and it cost roughly £125 extra per window for the grey finish.

Honda backup generator with 15-20 hours fuel stored. Only really need it for hot showers and keeping the freezer frozen.

Heating can be taken care of with the wood burners. Enough wood stored for 2 winters so we should be ok……

Better stock up on single malt and baked beans though. Looks like we only have a few days supply currently

I ordered a pair of crest and got sent a front crest and flow ex rear.

As I complained about not receiving a matching pair which they couldn’t rectify before I needed the wheels for a trip away they compensated me with a £50 voucher. In fairness being its for FS bike and I’m pushing 14 stone its probably not a bad thing having a tougher back wheel.

So effectively £187.50 for a set of hope hoops after £5 off, £7.50 quidco and £50 voucher. Happy days!

I’ll be there. My brother who attended a few of the northern chapter routes may also be able to make it.

How long is the route? Still getting some of my fitness back after a spell off the bike.

Initially won’t be running them tubeless, might try it in the future? Only rim options I have are – Crest, DT XR400 or Flow.
