disclaimer- I know very little about this

When i laid mine I was told that the whole point of not glueing it was to allow it to expand/contract with temperature? So maybe just glue nearest the tiles?

Also told to leave the boards inside at room temp for a while before laying

I have been on them now for three months during a hard patch…and the realisation maybe I have had a dark cloud over me for many many years effecting my judgement.

Weaning off now and going onto fluxotiene (sp?) as I have been tired and very unmotivated which doesn’t help positivity. Physically weird feelings too like a tingly sensation over the top of my scalp (very similar to a sensation I got smoking some strong herb at uni)….usually during a period when I would be down like returning to my empty home…very odd. Oh and muscle weakness…physically fit but would lift a shovel and feel instant muscle fatigue! odd

That code returns a value (not a date)
And the value does not actually exist anywhere in the spreadsheet?

Is this because the date values need to be formatted in a specific way eg. date/text etc

Just to reiterate, just chucking a railed saddle on is not a solution. I want the flex of an I-beam saddle on a reliable Thomson dropper.

I will measure up my existing ibeam clamp to get some ideas of dimensions

andy- i think because most of the support is along the centre, the ‘wing tips’ flex loads, you can grip it in your hand and twist it.
If you set the seatpost clamp towards the front of the beam then you get an good bit of suspension really which is handy on a hardtail
