yeah they include the most basic of tools, there will be a multi size spanner but not specifically a long arm pedal spanner.

you will need to:
attach stem/bars
pedals
wheels/skewers
setup brakes
setup gears

Please check it over thoroughly if you have it built before you leave store (ride around car park before accepting)
