as above what neilb67 says, just park along the road just down from the shop opposite the road that goes over the canal, parked there hundreds of times over the years and had no trouble.

cut bread totally from my diet (easier said than done)

crisps only on the weekend

alcohol only on weekends, no beer just turn to vodka (less calories)if you need a drink!

cut out red meat and just east chicken and fish

salad with everything

we have had it for 5 years,

to be honest it has been good, the email has only ever ‘gone down’ a few times but was always back up within hrs (BT fault)

we have however had trouble in the new offices, i wont go into it but we had to get a new line installed but they sorted it in the end.

drove to Les Gets 2 years ago dont do what we did.. to try and do it in one go, ended up bolloxed in a carpark in a god forsaken service station at 4am… got to Les Gets and were both totally wrecked!

we got the chunnel at about 11pm….

if i were to drive again (which i wouldnt) i would plan it better and stay overnight halfway down.
